Beachfront Condo - 2-Bedroom - Luxury - Directly on Crescent Beach

Great location, great view and great beach. The problems listed below can all be corrected. We spent two weeks there, so we got to know the apartment and the area very well. The free trolly into downtown Siesta Key and Sarasota was a plus. BTW, the assigned parking for this apartment is 51.Our concerns/complaints:1. The queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom was mush, the worst mattress ever and should have been replaced a long time ago. This ruined the two-week trip for the couple who had that bedroom.2. Contrary to city code, the apartment had zero (0) smoke detectors.  We contacted Lenny (the local contact person) and by the next morning, he had installed three smoke detectors, as per code.3. The drain for the shower/tub in the master bathroom was almost completely clogged following a shower, leaving us in several inches of water before fully draining.4. Multi-outlet plug needed: The TV in the 2nd bedroom, the one with the mushy mattress, would not turn on. We discovered that the plug for that TV went through the wall and out into the living room. Once the TV was plugged in, it worked just fine. The sacrifice was that one of the couch lamps could not be plugged in.5. A second multi-outlet plug needed: The TV in the master bedroom also went out. The lower outlet where the TV was plugged in, was dead while the upper outlet was fine. Again, another multi-outlet plug is needed since we, had to plug the TV cord into a spot that had been used by a bedside lamp.

We have spent a week in January the past 2 years in this unit and we luv it!. It is spacious, faces the ocean with amazing west coast sunsets!! The unit has all amenities you would need for your stay. We hope to travel back next year!!

Great location, great view, and clean. Love the beach chair system. Wish there was more towels or towel exchange option. More shelving/hooks/towel racks and more storage would be great in second bedroom/bathroom. Primary bed/bath is really nice and spacious.

Beautiful condo and had everything we needed Will be back

Really enjoyed our time at Crescent Beach. It is a beautiful area and the views from our condo were absolutely beautiful. Loved the fact that our beach loungers were in place for us everyday and the umbrella rentals were so cost friendly. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer but everything else was just perfect.

We loved this condo! We’ve stayed at Crescent Arms several times and this was a beautiful unit. Amazing views, comfortable, fully stocked, great communication with the property manager, 5 stars!

This was our third year in a row going to Siesta Key but the first time at this condo. Although we had hoped for sunny and warm temps, we had to settle for mostly cold and rainy conditions. Lucky for us this condo was perfect for the non sunny trip. We could not stop talking about how awesome the TV in the living room was (especially for all the big football games). We had plenty of room for 4 adults and the place was nice and clean and well equipped. Of course, for the two days that it was sunny, the view was amazing from the balcony (and even from the living room). The beach is second to none and is great for walking, biking, laying out and swimming. There are several restaurants and shops right down the street that are within walking distance (and many others within a 5–10-minute drive). The management was extremely responsive and helpful with our changing needs and a slight issue with a TV. We would highly recommend this place to others and would certainly come back!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Having beach chair service was a definite plus!

Upon arrival I was a bit concerned that the building had only one elevator, but to my delight we never had an issue with it and never had to wait more than a minute for it to come. The building itself seemed old and the interior hallways felt a little dungeon-like. But not to worry, the condo itself was just as pictured. It was so close to the beach and had a gorgeous view from the large wrap-around balcony. The pool was on the opposite end of the property so it was a little inconvenient getting there but not a big deal. The couches and beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils and anything else you need to prepare a meal. The air conditioner worked great. The owners provided 6 beach towels which was super convenient. I would have liked more bath towels; 6 were provided. The only drawback to this condo is that there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. However, there are some in the building available for use. Assigned covered parking was convenient and very close to the building. The beach was amazingly clean with soft white sand that stayed cool no matter the outside temps. We preferred Crescent Beach over Siesta Key Beach because it was much less crowded and just as pretty. This condo is in a great location with grocery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Most importantly, the beach is just steps away! You won’t be disappointed with this unit!

Great unit looking out at the ocean! You are right on the water and there's beach service, which is always nice. The unit looks like it was remodeled recently, and they have everything you need (towels, extra chairs, etc). It was a really great stay and would recommend it to anyone!

As always, too many checking in at the same time. Check out time at 9am too early. Property has a great view.
