Beachfront Condo - 2-Bedroom - Luxury - Directly on Crescent Beach

The location was excellent.

2nd time here and really like the condo area and loved the view. Beach is right out back and pool was not crowded.

The condo was very nice and we loved the view. The host helped me book my next stay there.

Host was extremely responsive, check-in and out procedures easy. Gorgeous view of the Gulf. A hightop table would have been nice to have an unobstructed view on the lanai and full size mattress in back bedroom was wore out and needs replacing. Otherwise, lovely unit and so perfect to be right on the beach!! Would rent again.

Everything was great except for a couple items . The guest bedroom both beds are just a mattress on a rack. The people who stayed in that room said it didn't sleep well. They were folding into the middle of the bed due to that lack of a good bed frame . Other issue is both bedrooms had analog tv not HD. I didn't know that kind of tv still existed in these days but it would be nice to see this upgraded. Other than that enjoyed every other part of our stay. Great location and view . Everything else was great.

We have rented different units with Sunnyside Properties several times and have never been disappointed. This unit at Crescent Arms was no exception. It was immaculate and well appointed. This time we had a couple maintenance issues, no fault of Lisa and Dan, but their maintenance person responded very quickly and had them resolved while we were out enjoying the beach! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or any of Sunnyside properties. Thanks again for another fantastic “home away from home”!

We had such an amazing vacay

WOW!!!! WOW!! WOW! This unit in Crescent Arms is perfect!! Lisa the property agent, is fantastic!! The unit has all the amenities you could dream of! Everything is well maintained, the deck furniture is extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Initially had trouble with entry of unit, the code was missing from the check-in info. The maintenance manager was extremely helpful with getting us access to the unit. The unit is a nice size, small kitchen but had all the essentials, beds are very soft, not too comfortable, understandably have waterproof mattress pads but adds heat to the bedding. Both bathrooms were clean and water pressure was good. The porch/lanai is really nice, it is screened which we noticed the majority of the other condos in the area were not. It was an added bonus having the lighted ceiling fan. You cannot view the sunset from here but no problem with walking down to the beach. Even though access to beach chairs begin at 7:30 am, plan on getting down there earlier, a line starts before 7:00 am, rows of beach chairs, like sitting in a movie theater, couldn't believe the number of chairs for a beach without public access! A nice place to visit.

Comfortable with nice gulf and beach view

This was our 2nd visit to Siesta Key and first time at Crescent Arms. Loved our view of the ocean from the deck on the 4th floor. Condo was clean, parking was easy with a designated covered space(we just had one car). Great access to beach/ocean. Pool was a bit far from building but ended up going to beach instead. Would stay here again!!

We loved our stay! Condo was wonderful with a great view of the beach! Everything you needed to start our vacation was provided and loved having the beach chairs there waiting for us. One morning we even saw dolphins from the balcony! Perfect for our beach vacation at Siesta Key!

Talk about the perfect location! It doesn’t get any better than this! This condo is wonderful! It’s exactly as described. They even provided a few basic supplies to get you through until your first trip to the grocery store! We can’t wait to come back!
