It's a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath two-story layout with a heated pool, private balcony, and in-unit laundry — great for families, couples, or Space Coast work trips. Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys are all included so you're beach-ready from the moment you arrive ️



The Space:

This isn't your typical beach condo — it's a two-story layout that actually gives everyone room to breathe

️ Main Level

Walk in to a bright, open-concept living room with a comfy sectional and flat-screen TV. The dining area seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything you need to cook a real meal (the seafood from the Pier is 100% worth bringing home). Half bath on this floor too — a lifesaver when everyone's getting ready.

️ Upstairs

The king master suite has a ceiling fan, dresser, TV, and a sitting area for winding down. The guest bedroom has two double beds — perfect for kids, friends, or a work colleague. Two full bathrooms upstairs so nobody's fighting for the shower.

Balcony

Step outside for views of the heated pool, the landscaped courtyard, and the ocean beyond. Morning coffee out here is a vibe ☕

In-unit stacked washer and dryer — right in the condo, not a shared laundry room down the hall. Travel lighter, rinse out beach gear, keep work clothes crisp. Trust me, once you've had in-unit laundry on vacation you'll never go back.

Guest Access:

I'll send your smart-lock code and building details a few days before check-in — completely seamless, no key exchange, no waiting around. Great for late arrivals after a launch viewing or a long travel day.

Orlando theme parks — 45–60 minutes



Walk to beachfront restaurants, surf shops, and local favorites without ever moving your car. The resort has a heated oceanfront pool, landscaped courtyard, and putting green right on-site



Getting Around:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 45 minutes away. Free self-parking at the building. A car is nice for exploring the Space Coast, but honestly you can walk to most things from this location.
