Stayed Oct 11, 2024This condo at Litchfield by the Sea has two bedrooms and an ocean view. Leave the doors open at night, and you can hear the waves. A few quirks, though-absolutely nothing in the pantry, so be sure to bring your own food stuffs, even salt and pepper. The toilet paper fixtures are wonky and known to throw the rolls on the floor at will. Britain Resorts, which manages this condo, gives almost no checkin/checkout instructions. I asked. Be sure to bring extra blankets if you come when it's cool. A few ants kept us company, too. Finally, more beachy decorations would help, either as pictures on the wall or seashells in a bowl.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024The layout was wonderful, with views of the ocean across the front rooms. One bedroom and bath were separated from the master suite, for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though basic cooking ingredients such as flour, sugar, and spices other than salt and pepper were missing. Our only complaint would be the bed pillows. We would highly recommend this condo.

Stayed Jan 14, 2022My daughter and I appreciated the ability to stay at this location. Beautiful ocean view, spacious accommodations and very well appointed.
