Beachfront bliss close to everything! 2 bed/2 bath ocean view condo

Loved relaxing on the large balcony to start our day with a cup of coffee and to end our day with a cocktail watching the ocean!

This property is beautiful & is in the perfect location on the beach. Close enough to alot of things to do, but far enough away from the crowds, allowing for optimal relaxation! I loved sipping my coffee on the balcony in the mornings while I watched the waves of the ocean! Also, the beds are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!! So comfortable that I missed it when I got home and into my own bed. My family & I plan to return!!

This is our 4th year staying at this beautiful Condo.The view of the beach and ocean is truly amazing. The condo is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and family friendly.Amy, our host, was quick to respond about check in and any other questions we had.We are looking for to year 5!!!!

We go to OC every year for the boat show. We needed a new place to stay and decided to check this condo out. Perfect size for the three of us. Great location. Nice and clean, had everything we needed!

Perfect condo for our last-minute beach getaway. Views were spectacular and condo is in the perfection location.

2nd stay here! We love this condo, we just couldn’t remember all that we did and did not need to bring with us for the stay. Not a problem! It has a beautiful view of ocean and quick to get down there and plenty of parking.This condo is big enough to move around in that you don’t feel cramped.

We had the best time. The condo had everything we needed and the views from the balcony were wonderful!

Location, Location, Location! You can’t beat the ocean view and the mid town location of this rental property. Condo was the perfect size for a family of four. Kitchen was lacking in a few things if you were looking to cook larger meals or have big dinners with more than four people. Enough to get you by though for sure. Communication was good with the owner and no issues. Check in was super easy. Condo was clean but a little worn around the edges. Other than that great place!!!

Waking up to the smells, sounds, and views of the beach was just what we needed. This property is just as the photos show, well appointed, and clean. Off the boardwalk, but definitely close enough via a short drive to enjoy if you like.

We had a nice stay at the condo. Check-in was perfect and easy. Beautiful place. Amazing ocean view and balconies. Parking was easy, too. One parking permit was MIA, but that didn't turn out to be an issue in May. On our first night we noticed the air conditioning didn't seem to be working. After reaching out to the owner, she tried changing the thermostat temperature remotely with no effect. Three HVAC tech appointments and several days later the A/C unit was replaced. This was due to no fault of the owner. It truly appeared to be due to bad timing and difficulties arranging the replacement due to the memorial day weekend holiday. We bought a couple of fans to help sleep during the warm nights. The owner immediately refunded what we had spent on the fans. The owner graciously offered for us to return at half the price next year to make up for the inconvenience of the A/C not having worked. That seemed fair and I accepted as the property was lovely and the location is perfect. Things sometimes happen, whether you're home or on vacation. The owner was friendly, very responsive and did what she could to remedy the situation, as she could. We already look forward to our return trip next May. Great property!
