The host was very communicative. The rental was very nice and as described. Widest beach I have ever seen and good seashells. The grounds are well taken care of and very nice. Peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend.

The owner was the best I’ve worked with! This condo was amazing with perfect views of the gulf and direct beach access. It’s updated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is great to all the best restaurants and a grocery store. The pool is below but still quiet. The door walls to the balcony enable you to sit and enjoy your lunch or breakfast on comfortable seating and tables with breathtaking views. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It couldn’t have been better!

Our vacation was wonderful. Heidi’s place was amazing. So clean, open concept and airy. Everything we needed was available to us. Heidi was also easy to contact when needed. We would stay again. This stay made our vacation complete!

This condo facing the pool has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our stay was exceptional and the property manager/owner was outstanding. Thank you to Heidi! The kitchen was updated and clean. The living area was large and had comfy couches. The master bedroom and bathroom were large. My three children slept comfortably in their bedroom. Everyone was friendly and we all felt very safe. I like how you need to get past the security gate and how the condo entrance gets locked daily at 4pm. Restaurants were fun and the sunsets-priceless. Definitely recommend for family of 5!

Communication was amazing! Heidi was so helpful and never seemed bothered. The condo was everything and all you want or need from the kitchen to the beach stuff. Even the bathrooms had stock of blow dryer and whatever you may have forgotten at home. The beds were super comfy as well. The atmosphere is chill, clean and quiet. Kind of wished I could have laid in a pool float (only noodles allowed) The condo was gorgeous just wish it was alittle higher up to see sunsets and was a long walk to the water, but not too bad. Husband is recovering from tib/fib break so it was alittle too far for him. Shelling was ok, never got a sand dollar. Would stay in Heidi’s place again for sure because of the communication and cleanliness if ever in Marco again and will be telling friends and family about it. Don’t hesitate - book it! You will be very happy ? we were!!!!

I had had a great stay here! To begin Heidi was amazing. She was great at communicating and went above and beyond to meet our expectations and needs. She made sure we had everything we needed so check in was an easy process! Our flight was early in the morning and she let us do early check in at 10 AM with no extra charge which most places don’t do that! Condo was stocked with many beach chairs, towels, beach toys, wagon, cooler, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with plenty of pans, seasonings, and everything you would need if you wanted to cook at the condo a lot. The place is gated and you need keys and codes to get to the beach and the pool so it made you feel very safe and secure! I definitely would recommend this place. Thank you Heidi for being a great host!!

Great location and condo.

We loved the apartment. I was stocked with everything we needed, including an awesome air-fryer and a Nespresso machine. The beds were very confortable. If I were to say what I didn’t like is the distance to the beach. Although, the property is in the beach, you have to go around a mangrove area which is quiete a hike. The Apt had a buggy so we did ok. If they were to remove the mangrove, then the beach would be right there. I know, mangroves are protected. Loved my stay. Would highly recommend the place.

This VRBO listing was A+ from booking to check out. Mark and Heidi are phenomenal hosts. The quality of their condo was only exceeded by their fantastic communication. From the pre-check in document that was sent 2 weeks prior to the quick responses we had on a couple things during the trip, they are fantastic to work with. The condo was well stocked with items for the beach and the property is in a prime spot. I'd highly recommend.

When we decided to pick Marco Island for our family vacation I knew I wanted to find the best deal and best location. These two items met both of our expectations. The condo was updated nicely and had a great view of the pool and beach. The condo was well equipped with the kitchen items we would need to cook and beach items as well. That came in very handy! So glad we found this location and would stay here again!
