Stayed Jun 17, 2025We stayed at Edgewater from June 17-21 and what can I say, the location of Edgewater is fantastic. The view of the ocean was just spectacular. The property has a fantastic pool with areas for the children to play. The Oceans bar and Grill on the property is on the pricey side, but the food and drinks were good. We stayed in tower one and only one elevator worked our entire stay. When we got to our unit, we were immediately met with a damp and humid condo; the A/C was not on. The unit’s walls were “bubbling,” meaning the paint was lifting off the walls. Ceiling tiles were crusty and old, and the lighting was very dim. The floors were literally slippery, so much that one of my children slipped and fell; thankfully they were not hurt. We had to use a towel to dry all of the floor in order to walk safely. In the kitchen, there were also several dishes that were dirty and had old food stuck to them, very disgusting. We had to wash all of the dishes we knew we would use in order to safely cook with them. Several outlets in the unit that did not work. The sheets were dirty and full of sand. We had to wash the sheets. The master bathroom’s shower/tub did not drain properly. I discovered that the drain was clogged with hair, so I removed the hair myself in order to have proper drainage. When I notified the owners of some of the issues (with photos mind you), I never heard back. Overall, I would not consider Edgewater for our vacation home next year.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We have stayed in this condo several times. It is a good place to stay. They replaced the k-cup machine with a regular coffee maker so bring your filters and coffee. Nice new washer and dryer and sofas and table. Best location to see the beach and pool!?

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We really enjoy our stays at Edgewater. Rooms are nice and location is the best thing. If I had to pick one negative the bedroom was warm compared to rest of the condo. We found fans that helped with temperature. We definitely plan to be back!

Stayed Jan 27, 2024My sister stayed in a different condo & her furniture was much better. But I loved our floor plan, having a washer & dryer. They had lots of fancy serving dishes, but they did not have much silverware. What I missed most was a Wok, but that is my own fault. I should have brought my own because I make a lot of stir-fry ... fast and easy meals so I am free to get out into the parks & walk. It's a fantastic city.

Stayed Aug 20, 2023The unit had not been updated in a long time if ever. The curtains were bed sheets that were uneven and looked bad. The electrical outlets wouldn't hold a plug in several rooms. Not worth the rental price. Would not stay in this unit again
