Beachfront 4BR Corner Unit! Water Slide!!

The condo was beautiful, lots of space, and functional! The condominium was very nice and the pool area was great. Our only complaint/suggestions would be replacing the mattresses on the lower bunks, adding a sectional in the living area for more seating, and the coffee maker needs to be replaced because it leaks. Overall we had a great stay and will more than likely book this condo again!

The unit was just as advertised and no disappointments were found with rooms, beds, and baths. We did see and kill several cockroaches in the kitchen area...need to call the bug guy! The worst part of our stay was dealing with the Phoenix staff at the main lobby desk. While trying to purchase parking passes for our vehicles ($55 per vehicle) the individual seemed annoyed that I was even there and was very short with me. Defiantly needs some customer service training. Putting that aside...the beach was great, the pool (not heated) was okay and it is a 15 minute walk to the main corner where shopping and restaurants are located. There was no wow factor about this property, but it did deliver everything it advertised.

Ample space. The kitchen is very well stocked. I don’t think there was anything that we needed that we did not find, and we cooked all of our meals in for our eight day stay with the exception of two. It is a corner unit, so we never heard other people. The balcony is very large with stunning panoramic views, as well as three of the four bedrooms having Florida ceiling window views. The indoor and outdoor pool were very nice and we made use of the indoor facilities due to being there the week of a hurricane. A great thank you to the host as well who allowed us early check in on arrival day since there was no one who had checked out that day that was a huge plus for us since we traveled overnight 11 hours to get there! We loved our stay and would absolutely book again if and when returning to the area! The only small downfalls we experienced which again would not deter us from coming again but could just make a great experience even better were.... Communication pre arrival with host was difficult at best. Messages through the app were not answered for days if they were ever answered at all. Eventually Vrbo gave me a direct number to the host which was better but still not as timely as I would have expected for this type of business. The walls in the condo had many scuffs and showed lots of wear.. normal I would say with so many people in and out with luggage carts and etc but a fresh coat of paint would go a long ways in that. And the TV’s were all supposed to be set up with dish network but none of them were connected and we were only able to figure out to successfully connect two of them. So some instructions for that or already having them connected would be beneficial. Again these were not deal breakers just small improvements that could make it even better!

The dining room light was not working on arrival but someone was sent to fix it the next morning. Appreciated the quick response! The pools were great and outside storage for beach gear was very helpful. So nice to have covered parking as we arrived in the rain. Would return for sure and recommend to others.
