Stayed Jun 15, 2024Need to upgrade bedding. Pillows in guest room were paper thin and mattress squeaked every time you moved. Provide more blanketa. Cleaning.prior to arrival could of used more attention.

Stayed Oct 5, 2025Sea Oats 302 is a nice beachfront condo…I’ve stayed at Sea Oats a dozen times over the last couple of decades. Easy beach access and easy access to good restaurants. I took my children when they were young and now take my grandchildren.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025Very nice updated condo. Beach view from the balcony was great. Had plenty of room for us. Steps away from easy access white sand.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025Had a wonderful stay on the beach. The only complaint is the sleeper sofa mattress. You cannot sleep on it due to the damage.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023This condo was beautiful but it was infested with roaches and I'm not talking palmetto bugs. Actual roaches. I have 11 pictures of the various ones we killed during our stay. The floors were black and I was told someone would come reclean and nobody showed up. Disgusting! Vacasa was terrible to deal with and didn't help me out at all. I'll never book thru them again.

Stayed May 16, 2023We loved our stay! Great location. Everything you need within minutes. The most amazung view fron the balcony. Quick walk out to the beach with chairs and umbrella waiting! We will be back! ♡
