The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access for stunning Gulf views anytime. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. You'll also love the unbeatable location—restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are just a short walk away.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

    Our whole group gave our stay a 5 star rating. The condo and the property were very clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient to everything we needed. There was a little confusion over the instructions in what the “ card and key fob “ would be utilized for at the facility but we soon found out it was needed for leaving and entering the property from the beach. We did bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags but for the price and the upper level type of condo it seems the items provided would not be the cheapest available. That is certainly a minor point but it was mentioned by others too. The host communication was great, accurate, and prompt.

    Everything was great with the exception of the cleanliness of the condo, there was mildew in the shower on the bottom of the glass door, the light in the shower did not work, the kitchen countertops were dirty with crumbs and food stuck to them. Floors looked like they had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The esthetics of the condo were beautiful just wish it was a little cleaner.

    This property is so beautiful- it has an amazing beachfront view, really nice decor, is well appointed and has great extra amenities! It is pretty much perfect and even nicer than the pictures! We had a wonderful time and plan to come back.

    This was our 3rd time staying at SeaChase and this was the nicest unit we stayed at. The property is great, not too overcrowded like some of the other buildings. Nice to have a covered parking spot. Everything was great

    The condo was great, very open and spacious! The walk to the beach from condo was perfect especially vacationing with teenagers. We also loved the options of pools this condo offers. We always were able to find a great spot.

    Overall pleasant stay, super easy and convenient check in. The dryer needs attention to the unit, the door does not shut easily. There was hair in the sheets of the king bedroom to the far left of the unit. The carpet in the master bedroom was super dirty.

    SeaChase 802W was an updated, well-maintained condo on beautiful Orange Beach, AL. We met up with 28 extended family members staying in various SeaChase condos and it was perfect. Everything in the condo worked wonderfully and the atmosphere was just right. The condo was very clean and inviting. We will likely stay at this condo again in the future. Thank you!
