Beachfront 3BR, Pools, Hot Tubs, New to Rentals!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The room was nice and on a great level. For the most part it was clean. We did have to request maintenance because the door in front of the washing machine was off track. We also noticed that there werw broken stools inside the master bedeoom closet. The ice maker in the kitchen was a nice addtiion that we didnt expect

Location was great. Condo was nice but dirty. Showers and floors were not cleaned and ice maker has mold inside.

The fourth floor location was perfect. This condo was a comfortable size and accommodated 8 of us easily.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to start off saying that our rep was the bright spot in our whole experience. Unfortunately, everything else was subpar – from the call we got less than 48 hours before our Vacation Started that the condo we had reserved would not be available, To the filthy floors (The rest of the condo wasn't particularly clean, but the floors were horrible.), The very minimum of supplies, the broken coffee pot, etc., To the expectation that we were now going to pay more because this condo didn't come with a complementary parking spot, it was not a great experience. Our rep came through and they credited us the cost of one parking spot. We were Surprised that there was no credit to the reservation offered and they didn't even offer to pay for the second parking spot just as a minimum thank you for understanding and we apologize gesture. The Opinion we were left with would have been improved had they done any of that.

Only thing is it said couch was a sleeper sofa and it is not. My daughter had to sleep with us. We reached and it they were supposed to have that description changed. All else was wonderful!
