Welcome to Phoenix I 1051, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 1,350 sq. ft. of comfortable coastal living—perfect for families or friends looking for an unforgettable beach getaway.

Step inside and enjoy a bright, inviting space designed forrelaxation. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything the chef in your group needs to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private access to a north-facing balcony, while the additional bedrooms offer plenty of room for everyone to unwind. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience for your stay.

After a fun day on the beach, step onto your private Gulf-front balcony and enjoy a cool drink or a warm cup of coffee while taking in the peaceful coastal views.

Guests of Phoenix I enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

    The condo owner was extremely organized and easy to get in touch with. Condo had all the amenities you need for a trip with kids (washer/dryer, great living room area, tvs in bedrooms, etc). We didn’t have any issues with appliances, outlets, or bathrooms, etc. the condo is right on the beach- it is easy to get to and from the room with a short elevator ride. Great outdoor pool and splash pad for the kids! Condo staff were on top of everything! This is a great spot to take a family!

    2nd time I have stayed in Phoenix 1. Have had amazing stays both times. Great family and friendly location. Location on the strip has everything within a few minutes away. The beach is gorgeous and clean. Will definitely being staying again.

    It was a nice location, quick walk to the beach and the pool being heated was a major plus. My only complaint was that it had a smell like a smoker had been there.

    Great location, right on the beach. Close to pretty much everything you need, restaurants, grocery and shopping all nearby. Plenty of room for my wife, me and 4 teenage girls. Dolphins are often swimming near the beach. Only negative is the supplied toiletries are low end quality. Make sure to bring your own tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

    This was a great short weekend stay during off-peak season. The property was great, clean, comfortable, the interior of the home was modern. Everything went really well! The only comment is that there was no desk staff to meet us when we arrived after 7 pm. It was a little confusing, but that is my only feedback. I would like to visit again during peak season.

    We enjoyed our stay! It is convenient to everything. The condo is beautiful and the views were like no other. Property management were easy to work with! We will definitely book here again! We are already missing it!

    I understand there’s a clause that states they only check the condo at the beginning of the season, but there were numerous things that didn’t work or needed to be fixed. 1- the pullout bed in the living room was broken and didn’t lay right so we were unable to use. 2- the bathroom, that was in the hall, the sink and bath tub wouldn’t drain properly. 3- the television in the room with green bed didn’t work. We had to purchase a Roku stick just to watch tv. 4- the tv in the living/common area would constantly change channel or stop working. 5- numerous outlets throughout the condo were loose and/or they didn’t work. The condo was just as it was listed, but there are some things that need to be addressed or checked more frequently for others to have a more enjoyable stay.
