Incredible location. Great Gulf views. Modern property. Nice to have in unit laundry. 3rd bedroom is tight.

Second time staying at this condo and hope to visit many more. Nice part of town plus a clean, well-appointed home-base for walks on the beach, swimming in the gulf and exploring local shopping and dining. Best of all, host is friendly, professional and responsive.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The condo was clean and the owner was amazing at troubleshooting. Any questions we had she responded almost immediately. The condo was located in walkable area to quite a few restaurants so it was convenient. It was great vacation for our family.

This condo was fantastic! Toyzanne was very responsive and everything was just as advertised. There was just about everything you could need in the condo. Definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family Spring Break. Very clean and lots of extras in the room (sand toys, towels, boogie board, etc.). We love this area and all the amenities at the Ram Sea.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one is definitely top notch. I just can't think of anything negative. It was a beautiful, clean place with a great view. We like to location and proximity to the things we like to do the most. The owner is very responsive and communicative. Having laundry within the condo was a huge bonus - most there do not from what I understand. It was well equipped for anything you may want during your stay. Parking passes, sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, appliances, smart TVs, closet space, hangers, etc. We had a lovely time.

From start to finish, booking to checking out, the experience could not have been better. The location is perfect, right on the beach and far enough away from the more touristy areas yet close enough if you choose to participate. The condo is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures and Toyzanne has a closet filled with essentials for the beach, including toys for the kids, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The furnishings are terrific and comfortable. The appliances are top notch. This was like home away from home! My wife and I as well as my daughter, her husband and their two young children were extremely pleased with everything. Our experience could not have been better. I would recommend this listing to anyone and Thanks to Toyzanne for all her communications throughout this vacation.

This is a great location. Condo was furnished nicely. Two of the bedrooms were a good size. The room with the 2 twins is small. Fine for kids but tight for 2 adults. This condo is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the large hot tub. The living room and main bedroom opens to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. We had many beautiful sunsets!

This unit is just like the pictures. Beautiful view from both balconies. The beach is just steps away. Everything we needed was provided by owner, we would definitely book again!
