Beachfront 3B/3BA penthouse with gulf views, heated pool and walk to town!

Great location! Place had everything you could think of. Never in need of anything. Fantastic host. Unbelievable sunset views from the deck!! Can’t wait to come back!!

The location of this property is great. Close to the village and steps away from the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.My only complaint is that it is technically a two bathroom place in my opinion. The third bathroom is outside down two flights of stairs on ground level.

Nice place, thought 3rd bathroom was in condo. But was good to have on 1st floor and was clean. Would stay here again!

Why go to the Caribbean when you have it right here on the Florida Gulf Coast! The apartment was perfect, very clean, beautifully decorated, a gorgeous view of the beach from the living room and deck area, steps from the beach and easy walk to the village. We loved our stay and will come back. Stephanie, the owner, was a delight to communicate with!

From the minute we arrived, everything for our 3-week stay was perfect. The house was immaculate, updated, and well-appointed. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided, and our stay was so comfortable for us and our occasional guests. The location was the ideal halfway spot between the main entrance of the public beach (which isn't even necessary since we had our own access) and Siesta Key Village, both about a 10-minute walk. So nice to be able to walk to shopping and restaurants every day and/or evening! Thank you, Stephanie, for all of your quick responses to our questions. You had said we'd love it and we did! Can't wait to go back next year!

This 3 bedroom property is wonderfully updated and appointed. It has everything you need to stay comfortably and feels fresh and clean. It is a 3 bedroom and two bath condo. There are two queen beds and a trundle bed. The master bath has a bathtub that was great for little kids. The 3rd bathroom is for the pool/beach. Six people can be very comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, measuring cups, grilling tools etc...The showers were great. The vaulted ceiling really opens up the space. The layout of the condo allows everyone to hangout. You can see the beach from the family room. Parking is very easy and can be for 3 cars. The condo is the top unit of a 2- unit building and does have a number of stairs. The condo is on the beach side of the road and you use a private access to cut through to public access. A walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. A walk to town is about 8 - 10 minutes. The location is really ideal. Stephanie is beyond fabulous before and during one's stay and a pleasure to work with. She loves this property and really wants her guests to enjoy their stay. She is very responsive and is an ideal host. The pictures don't do the property justice!

This place is incredible! It’s clean and comfortable, very relaxing. The view of the beach from the back deck is amazing. It’s in the perfect location between the beach and downtown Siesta. This place has everything you could ever need and more. Truly an unique and wonderful stay!
