Beachfront 3 Bed/2 Bath Condo - 9th floor!

Beautiful condo, well furnished and decorated. Very clean. Kitchen cabinets layed out well and stocked with cooking utensils.

This condo is absolute perfection. Every single amenity that you could possibly need or want is there. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, coolers umbrellas etc…. Very comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with every tool you would ever need . It’s beautifully decorated the view is out of this world. The owner is great and very attentive. Just book it!

Our family enjoyed the week on Marco! The condo was beautiful as pictures and well stocked with beach supplies, towels, and all we needed for the week. The washer and dryer in unit was amazing. We always had chairs available at the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is just as described! Beautiful location on the beach. Melissa was a great communicator. We had everything we needed to have a great time. Highly recommend!

This 3 bedroom condo gave us all the room we needed. My 4 daughters & I enjoyed the view from this 9th floor condo. We watched the dolphins & the sunset all the time. Walking the beach & shelling were so awesome. The condo had everything we needed to make meals there. The beach chairs & towels were great! Any problems we had were addressed quickly. We had a wonderful Mother, daughter week!❤️

We had a very nice time (despite horrible weather, but we shopped/toured/took shelling trip, etc.) We enjoyed having a well equipped kitchen because we cooked in for 3 of the nights. The one thing we didn't have was a pie server! (Not important, but that was about the ONLY thing you didn't have. It was SO well stocked!) We loved all of the pool/beach chairs, the wagon to use, the shelling nets, etc. It was great having a W/D. But, the master bed was very noisy. I couldn't sneak to the bathroom without my husband (and anyone out in the living room) hearing the creaking/crackling noise! They looked like new beds, so maybe something needs some adjusting. It wouldn't stop me from going again, though. This newly decorated/rennovated space was extremely nice and modern. (My architect daughter approved, but said maybe a few of the fake plants should be removed.) This are just picky comments, and I don't want them to take away from how responsive Melissa was to my husband's questions. She was on the ball and took care of us with getting another key and making our stay fun and convenient. Plenty of closet/dresser space, and the lanai was nice with beautiful view of the ocean. We saw many dolphins and beautiful sunsets! I would recommend this location. Check-in was easy and the staff downstairs were very helpful and friendly. Pool was nice/hottub was nice too.And a VERY easy walk to the beach! Loved the path out onto the beach. So easy.

We had another awesome vacation in Marco Island. It was the first time in this unit and meeting Melissa. The condo was beautiful and had every single thing we could ever need. We have stayed in several other units and they were never stocked this well. There were several coolers (we were at the beach a lot) and tons of beach toys. The appliances were high end and beautiful. Our family just loved it and could hardly leave. Thanks to Melissa for hosting and letting us rent her beautiful home. The memories will be with us always.
