Beachfront 2BR Tops'l Resort! Wraparound Balcony Views, Steps to Pool & Beach

Very clean condo. Nice view. We love this area and have been visiting the Tops'l Tides since 2020.

Last year we were two floors above this rental and that rental was better than this one last month. Not that this rental was bad, just a few head scratching things in it. First, the washer and dryer were the two smallest appliances I have ever seen. You cannot wash more than 4 or 5 towels at a time. The capacity is laughable. Second, the master shower is huge but there is no door or curtain for it. Finally, the choice of finishes and door handle choices seemed to be on a budget. This rental was not cheap to book for a week and we expected a little more for the price paid.

Awesome stay

This is our second year in this unit and we LOVE it!!!! Feels just like home. Super cozy and we love the view! Great for people watching as you can see both the pool and the ocean! Many hours spent in the rocking chairs on the balcony! Highly recommend as long as you don’t steal OUR week!

This is our second time staying in this condo at Tides. We love everything about it! Excellent view of the gulf, the condo is so pretty, clean and has everything you need to be comfortable and happy. We highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Miramar/Destin area!

Absolutely loved this condo! Wonderful view, beautiful decor and loved the ocean view from the bedroom. Our family absolutely loved this trip and the gorgeous condo. The only thing was I would have liked to know ahead of time is to purchase extra toilet paper and extra paper towels before arrival. Obviously they provided some, but I would have preferred to pack that rather than run out to the store. Other than that small inconvenience, the stay was wonderful. Comfortable beds, gorgeous condo. Super easy check in and check out process. Will definitely come back!

This was our first time staying at Tides at Tops’l and it will not be our last! The condo was so nice, spacious, and had the best view of the beach. We loved the beach chair service, the pools were SO nice especially for our young daughter, and it wasn’t crowded at all! The area was wonderful because it was close to Destin where all our favorite restaurants and shopping are, but still felt “secluded” and less busy. We’ve been coming to the Emerald Coast for 11 years and we’ll definitely be coming back to Tops’l in Miramar Beach!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The artwork amazed my 5yr old granddaughter. The master bathroom shower was also something we all enjoyed and plan to renovate ours just like it. The kitchen is the best stocked condo kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you need to cook a nice dinner. We will definitely rebook this condo in the future.

With 2 small children, there was something for everyone. The place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean! We had plenty of towels and cookware. The view was amazing! It is close to everything you could want. Being right on the beach and next to the pool was important for us and we did not feel any of it was too far. Check in and out was clear and easy. We will definitely return!

Beautiful condo, comfortable bed, nice kitchen cookware and knives. But there was no hot water at the kitchen sink and the living room ceiling fan did not work.
