Beachfront 2BR Tops'l Resort! Balcony Beach Views, Tropical Pool, Pickleball

Beautiful place well decorated. Super friendly host. Few light bulbs were out. Secondary shower wouldn’t drain well. Could never get the main tv in the living room to connect to the cable to watch tv. But the view and furnishings of the place were awesome. We would stay again. Great little bar and grill at the pool and a beautiful beach.

Every thing was great

The condo itself is very nice and the location is great. A few reasons I scored lower overall: the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced (sunken in on each side from memory foam with raised area in the middle), could use some blackout curtains in master bedroom (bright as noon by 5:36 am every day - fine for a work day, but not when I’m on vacation), shower head in second bathroom needs to be replaced (water stream so hard the kids couldn’t use it so left us with one shower), and carpets need to be cleaned in bedroom and living room. We did receive a notice before we arrived about toilet paper, but really???? We paid a pretty penny for a week stay and you only give us one roll per bathroom, plus only one small trash bag for the kitchen?? Seriously?? The site is also under construction so you have to walk around to get to the beach. Other units under construction too, and elevators were constantly being worked on, so you are fighting for an elevator with other guests and construction crews with only 2 people or 1 family per elevator at a time due to COVID. We would typically take the stairs, but hard to go up 12 flights with luggage. Zero crowd control at the one pool, so people on top of one another during COVID. We typically only go to the beach, but sometimes nice to end the day with a jump in the pool... due to crowds we stayed far away!

Property was wonderful, close to the beach and you can’t beat this balcony and view!

The unit was clean and had a beautiful view. Plan ahead to bring things like paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as it was only a small amount provided but this is stated in the listing.

Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely return.

Beautiful condo with amazing view

Had an amazing stay! Easy beach and pool access, beautiful view, my girls and I loved it!

This was our second time at Tops'l, and we love the location. However, the condo wasn't my favorite. The coffee maker did not work (and there was no Keurig); lightbulbs blown in various spots and batteries missing from remotes. Also, very few dishes, NO beach supplies or toys for kids like last year's had. The AC vents leaked water. The view was pretty and condo was relatively clean.

The check-in process was extremely easy, and we were able to communicate via text. The condo is on the 12th floor and has a decent view of the beach (you have to overlook the building next door) so the 12th floor was good. The unit was clean and well equipped. Be sure to read the guidebook the property management company sends prior to check in. There were a few stains on one of the sofas and the tub had dried paint on it, but for the most part, the condo was great. The balcony is one of the largest I have encountered. You can sit out at certain times of day and enjoy sun or shade. The condo is next to the Hilton Sandestin but there is no way to walk to Seagars for dinner without taking the beach. Some sort of gate to pass through would be nice. There are beach chair rentals, but I would suggest either reserving or getting to the shack early as they fill up fast and they are many rows deep. There is a decent bar/food shack by the pool area that was open from 11-8. Overall, I would rent here again. The guidebook really does tell you everything you need to go before you arrive.
