Beachfront 2BR Phoenix VII, Newly Updated!!

It was perfect!!

Was a great stay. My only complaint was we came back I n evening and someone had been in our room, our door was open and the latch in the door was on the outside of door. I went down stairs to office and they said for me to call you all and did, but never heard back. I think it was a maintenice or someone and decised they didnt need that room and left unlocked. But did scare us and knew we had closed and locked the door. Changed the code and no more issues. Nothimg was missing or out of place.

Perfect location for our Alabama vacation. Great condo with fully stocked kitchen and view of the ocean. Extremely comfortable beds. Close to Pensacola (where we flew into), Gulf Shores for mini-golf and the State Park, Mobile for Gulfquest and the USS Alabama, as well as Summerville for Alligator Alley. We loved the beach and pool. Thanks for a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, which made it feel really welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. You can tell the host takes great care in maintaining the space. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views super easy. Fyi, the kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils &pots, etc. if you choose to cook. We had a short stay, so we ate out at nearby restaurants. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII, Unit 1413. The appliances, A/C, and heat all worked well. Sheets, dishes and pots and pans were clean and adequate. The only issue we had was with the television. There are no TV operating instructions and we could not get it to tune in regular TV channels. We worked at it for quite awhile, but later decided we didn't come to Orange Beach to watch TV. When we arrived, the floor did not appear to be clean. The bottom of white socks and bedroom slippers quickly turned black. We would also have liked to have a double sink in the master bath.

Loved the location and amenities. We have stayed at either Phoenix 6 or 7 for years and are never disappointed!

Enjoyed our time here, nice property and close to a ton of great restaurants.

On site staff superb. Only 2 things should be mentioned in listing...no ice maker (purchase from vending on beach level) and king bed is high/a tad hard to climb into for shorties or elderly.

But despite the pool being cleaned every morning by noon there was a white film of scum on the pool. Hot tubs as well. The pools are supposed to open at 7am but that’s when they clean the pool so they really don’t open until closer to 9am. The property lets every yahoo with a wireless speaker blast their music at the pool. It felt more like spring break than a nice clean quality family vacation spot. Also someone came banging on our door one day to change the air filters. No warning from the facility that this was occurring. Condo was fine. Basic amenities for the vacation. Disappointing experience overall.

The condo was perfect, clean with everything you need for your stay. Property and pool was amazing.
