Stayed Apr 10, 2025The Palms is always wonderful. Ideal location for Wailea and the beach. The only complaint is the unit has no central airconditionaing. There are two portable windows venting out windows. This level of cooling was not sufficient and the unit was much warmer than our neighbor's unit. It should be replaced or disclosed in the description.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023Communication was very delayed once we landed in Maui. Our flight landed at 8 am and had previously emailed that an early check in would most like be possible. I was unable to connect with anyone once we landed. My friend has a health condition and was very sick. Unfortunately she was stuck in the backseat of our car until 4. The condo was beautiful and location was great. I could not figure out how to operate the remotes but that was okay.

The condo is very spacious with a lovely outlook. The beds are very comfortable. There is some road noise on the lanai but inside the condo is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.
