Stayed Dec 20, 2022Property was conveniently located with access to beach and pier. It was unusually rainy and cool for Dec/Jan. Property could use a de-clutter but perfectly fine place to stay.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022Stayed two months - right in the beach. Lots to do all over Southern California and lots of places to eat. Beds were good. Convenient location - farmer’s market a few blocks away every Thursday (morning) although the one in Carlsbad on Wednesday (afternoon) is better. Would stay again. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful.
