We are situated right next to the base of Southern California's longest active recreational pier in Oceanside, California, on one of Southern California's most beautiful beaches. Enjoy breathtaking views from this 1250 sq. ft. ocean view condo with air conditioning! Listen to the waves crashing and enjoy views of whitewater and the Pier from your living, dining/ kitchen areas and patio. Located on main floor, this recently remodeled professionally decorated 2 bed/ 2 bath condo comes fullyequipped with everything you need to feel at home while away. Oceanside's small town feel and Southern California weather draw visitors from around the world. Our place can sleep 4 comfortably, as there is a California King in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom.
****This is a quiet complex that is primarily occupied by owners. Great for couples, snowbirds etc. Not for those looking for a 'party' place.

No late check ins 8pm at the latest. Pets or smoking are prohibited on the premises.
*You will be required to sign a owner rental contract that will be sent to you after booking. This unit is equipped with AC, even though the temperatures at the beach are typically mild and there are ceiling fans in every room. There is gated guest parking in the underground garage that allows a maximum clearance of 6 feet.

    Property was conveniently located with access to beach and pier. It was unusually rainy and cool for Dec/Jan. Property could use a de-clutter but perfectly fine place to stay.

    Stayed two months - right in the beach. Lots to do all over Southern California and lots of places to eat. Beds were good. Convenient location - farmer’s market a few blocks away every Thursday (morning) although the one in Carlsbad on Wednesday (afternoon) is better. Would stay again. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful.
