Everything was perfect. I would stay here again for sure.

Loved the room, decor. Very clean. The view was amazing and breathtaking. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony. We also enjoyed being in walking distance from the Flora Bama bar as well as the yacht club. One day it was a misty rain so we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Such a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Condo had what we required for our basic needs. It is nothing fancy. Early check-in and late check-out were offered at a highly inflated price. We were fine with the extra distance but others might want to know that the parking garage is on the far side of building so if you are staying in a condo with number x01, x02, x03, those are the farthest from the parking garage. There was a gross brown stain on sofa, broken garbage can, and broken wine opener. Only one tiny skillet.

Amenities were great, the Condo was awesome and the beach view was the best.

Condo was very clean and was beautiful. View was fantastic and Phoenix X offers great amenities! Host was great with instructions and communication.

It was all very nice and beautiful. A couple of minor things. The corkscrew is broken. The bottom of the shower door needs attention. But the worst was when there were high winds there was a load hollowing coming thru the main door. That is almost enough to keep us from renting again.

Wonderful unit with awesome views. Seating is not very comfortable with lack of cushioning. Overall good and unit was so clean!

Walls were very dusty, light fixture over dining table was very dusty, pans were nasty, I went out and bought my own pan to cook in, shower gasket was moldy- other than these things, we had a good time. Great location, condo itself was nice, people that helped with reservations were very helpful and friendly.

Stayed in this condo twice this year. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom and easy walk to Flora Bama.

The condo was slightly overpriced. The linens for the bed did not fit and the hand towels were grey from previous usage of makeup removal. The window in the bedroom did not offer an option to manage the natural lighting. The balcony did not offer any privacy After paying for chairs on the beach non-paying persons were able to set up in front, many other properties do not allow that to happen. Easy check-in and covered parking were a plus but should be included in the rental.

We loved our stay! It was in a great location with beautiful views! Everything was nice and clean.

Quick getaway

Condo is ideal location for the beach and next door to the Flora-Bama Lounge! No need to get into your car other than grocery run. Condo is in excellent condition and very very clean. NO complaints!

This is the first time my husband and I had two weeks away from our home. We could not have enjoyed our time more. We participated in many activities. The condo was well located for easy access. My sisters who live in Louisiana were able to join us over the weekend. The condo was just as pictured and the amenities were everything we could need for a longer stay. The management company was easy to work with and all ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay.

Generally, this property was all you need for a great beach vacation. A couple things were missing, like plastic/non-breakable drinking glasses. Also, most of the dishes in the cabinets and drawers were very dirty when we got there, so we had to spend time scrubbing the dishes and rewashing them, which was disappointing. I know accidents happen though. I would rebook this property.

Loved that we were walking distance to Flor/Bama bar since we went every night but we were also close enough to catch Uber to places to eat. We had a great time.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! It is such a perfect location being able to walk to Flora-Bama is amazing! The condo does have a blow dryer attached to the wall. There is also an air fill station for inflatables which is super convenient. I highly recommend staying here if you want a two person getaway. If you have a small infant, it could be feasible as well if you have the required furniture you need packed with you! The property is very clean and wonderful!

I came to Orange Beach to spend the week with my daughter. This was her first time to stay at the Phoenix. I came when I was younger with my Mom. 1402 was perfect, clean and the view was amazing! I would definitely book this condo again!

had a great time. check in was easy. everything was perfect. wish weather would have been a little better. the best was it was next door to the flora bama so we could walk over and listen to music whenever we wanted. overall a great stay.
