Stayed Mar 23, 2025Condo was beautiful and clean! With it being on the first floor made for easy access to the beach with no waiting on the elevator. The pool was not open while we were there, which would have been nice. The staff at Phoenix V seemed like they were in bad moods, except for one and she was lovely! We didn’t have to interact with them much, so it didn’t affect our stay. All in all, we absolutely loved the condo and the easy access the beach. We would stay again! Also, communication with Luxury Resorts was great!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Description of being on 1st floor and directly on the beach made us believe we were on the very bottom. Parking is not good. We had to drive around and look a while for a spot. In my opinion, when you pay this price for a room, you definitely should not have to pay $55 additional for parking. Especially, if you had to look and look for a space to park. The room was very nice and clean. We did not have a broom, only a vacuum. I requested a broom and was brought one that night. A broom is much handier to sweep up sand. Other than parking, and the extra fee for parking, we were pleased.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully decorated condo. Very comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the beach and great views from the deck. We want to come back a stay again soon.
