Loved the central location of the condo. It was fully furnished with cooking supplies etc. Restaurants and bars were great. Food in the area is amazing. Beaches are BEAUTIFUL!!

Beach view was great. A/C could be better at night if you could run it below 70 degrees. I would say to bring fans with you. Kitchen very well stocked with everything needed. Overall a very good stay.

This property was good. There looked to be mold or some black stuff on bedroom ceiling. Updates were nice inside the room. There were two outside chairs broke. One was missing a leg and the other one had a broken bottom piece. An outside table and chairs would have been nice to have at our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean however there was mold throughout on the ceiling and it smelled moldy. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. There were not very many electrical outlets and the ones we did have did not hold the plug in they would fall out. Overall property was easy to access from the road. The beach was very close and had easy accessibility. Easy to check in and out with timely clear directions.

We never know we are in the right place until we are able t open the door. We do not have a computer with us and we travel during the time of travel. So we never know. The weather was great and we enjoyed the beach. We will come again.

First, the lighting was terrible, not enough to see.2nd, the living room AC/Heat unit could not be plugged-in due to the floor molding blocking the outlet. 3rd, the bathroom sink leaked and wet the extra towels.4th, the kitchen utensils, dinner ware and cooking ware very limited and need to be upgraded.

4 days. Nice condo. Loved the location. 1st time in Orange Beach. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the view. Check in process was great and same with checking out. The pool was disappointing.

The property was exactly as expected. My only complaint is that the floors had been swept but not mopped. Or not enough. They were pretty dirty. But this is typical of most places at the beach. I am sure it is almost impossible to thoroughly clean after every guest

I took two of my three granddaughters for a trip to the beach they wanted. No fault of yours but we really needed two bathrooms and other than that the space was adequate.

Property was outdated. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned and shower curtain should have been replaced. Spent $40.00 on cleaning supplies myself. The toilet acted like it was going to go through by the floor. Had no information about what to do with Dehumidifier. It ran over and this was on second morning, so emptied, cleaned up and then washed towels it took to mop floor. Assumed that fixed it. Next morning it had water all over floor, hardly an ounce in bucket. Did clean up routine again. So, decided to unplug it and leave off. Come back in that night and floor wet and took 3 towels to mop it up again. Called Sands of Alabama ( the only number I had). They offered to bring more towels but once again had started washing them. They asked me to mo but e dehumidifier to balcony to prevent moisture on floor. Which I gladly did. I also called when I left to remind them it was on balcony. The view was gorgeous! Loved spending time on balcony, listening to waves.

The pics are accurate! Right on the beach! I would say the couch needed updating (was a little sunken in to sit on). Other than that, everything was great!

Our family of 5 stayed here and really enjoyed it! This condo is on the smaller side so if you’re looking for something quaint, this is it. Check in and out was a breeze and the condo was very clean. Overall great experience!

My wife and I have stayed here 3 years in a row and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The room is very comfy, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, and you're located within minutes of some of the best restaurants in Orange Beach. We'll definitely be back next year!
