Beach Villa w/ 6-Seat GOLF CART! Near Beach, Pool, Beach-Tram, Screened Porch

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in the Tivoli area. We really enjoyed it being so close to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool being just across the street from the house. The house was nice and had an open floor plan in the living room area. The house had several issues that needs to be addressed such as knobs loose on drawers, cabinet doors coming off hinges, and just overall a good cleaning is needed. The windows looking outside from the dining room area needs a major cleaning as well. We noticed the ice maker would not make much ice each day for some reason. We enjoyed the screened in porch area. This made for a good place to drink coffee in the morning and enjoy the fresh air. We also want people to know that the bunk area is for children only as these are not your normal twin size bunk beds for adults. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn’t let things bother our vacation so we made the best of it.

Everything about this rental was great with the exceptionThat on our second day of our stay the motor went out on the a/C unit and although they sent out a tech right away, there was nothing they could do as the motor went out on it leaving us with very warm to hot nights for the rest of our stay. Then the TV in the main area quit working. However, customer service was excellent and tried to help as much and as fast as they could to address our needs.

It was more spacious than I thought, we had a great time here! Our family really enjoyed our time here, thank you for having us.My only complaint is the single parking for 12 people, but we got lucky with the visitor parking this time.

We had 9 people and everyone was comfortable. The tram is very close and will take you all over the resort which made it so easy for everyone to go do their own thing and not struggle with parking. The pool is right across the street, beach just around the corner. Gulf cart worked great. We would definitely book this again.

Unit was nice but the golf cart was a not usable, unsafe to drive and basically junk. The tires were almost flat and the cart was filthy.

This is our best vacation yet! we love this unit. I wasn’t sure about the bunkbed, but it’s actually a 4 x 5 closet that has two bunks built-in. Our son loved sleeping there. It’s probably too small for kids over the age of 10.

The place was very nice. The only thing is the twin buck beds are not actually twin size. They will work for toddler size kids. We had a great time and would rent again.

We enjoyed staying at this villa! It was the perfect size for my family of 10! We had plenty of space and everything was very clean! Great location for beach and baytown!

We had the most amazing time during our stay. We loved the convenience of our location as well as being able to drive the golf cart pretty close to the beach to unload. We will be recommending this place to all our family and friends!

Great communication, easy check-in/check-out process, and an incredibly clean property in an awesome neighborhood. I would absolutely rent again next time. HIGHLY recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at Sandestin Resort. House was clean and in good shape, when we arrived and we were able to do early check in. Showers had great hot water. Beds were comfy. Golf cart had some electrical issue with the headlights sporadically flickering at night and the horn would randomly go off which gave us a few good laughs. It was difficult to make dinner and breakfast with the lack of pans and skillets. House that big should have skillets and pans that can accommodate cooking for that many people and cooking utensils. Another suggestion would be to have a welcome sheet in the house with perhaps a map of the resort. We were staying there for the first time and really had no idea where we could take the golf cart or what was on the resort area we could visit.

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway at this property. We would book again!

We were celebrating a 70th with a fabulous fishing trip, along with lots of shopping and dining. Wonderful rental unit with a great location.

Large condo, was perfect for the seven of us. Clean, functional. To be ‘picky’ but did not affect our stay, the room doors and kitchen doors could be painted so that the unit looked pristine, and not neglected. Had a great time!

Beautiful location

The overall stay was very nice, there was no issues whatsoever. The only thing I would comment on is for the price they could spend a little more on some better toilet paper. But if that’s the only thing you can find to complain about, I’d say it’s pretty darn good.

The home was spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed the pool right across the red bricked road! The beach was about 1 mile away but the golf cart was running smoothly and it was not far to walk once you got to the beach! We loved driving the golf cart to the Baytown area! We would rate our experience an 8 out of 10 over all!

Nice home in a friendly resort. The only issue was with the golf cart. There was a burning scent while driving with some smoking noted from the right passenger side. Overall we had a great time in the home and community.

The master bedroom was comfortable and the unit was clean. The sink was clogged but maintenance repaired it the day that the issue was reported. The bedroom with 2 full beds was hot the entire week. The frying pan needs to be thrown away but we had everything else that we needed in the kitchen. The golf cart had wires hanging from it and we had a flat tire. We were pleased for the most part but plan to stay in a beachfront rental if we return.

All went well , only issue was that the shower did mot work in the room with the double beds.
