Beach Villa w/ 4-Seat GOLF CART! Near Beach & Pool. Screened Porch, Yard

Great location house was spacious and clean golf cart was rusty but was overall satisfied with the speed.

The property was as advertised short ride to the beach was great. Golf cart could use some love.

Two families stayed (8 sleepers) and had a nice time. Only downfall was the very old, finicky golf cart which needs replaced. Covered patio needs more comfortable seating as it wasn’t ideal to sit out there with current selections. Bar stools too large and

Our trip was amazing! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the golf cart needing some TLC. Front left tire is completely bald and the back seat was jacked up. That was the inly issue though. The property is in a nice quiet area. The beach is a quick drive away. The pools were a great option on colder days and our kids made a lot of great friends. Would definetely rent this property again in the future.

The property itself needs some money put into it to make it up to standards. The dishwasher didn’t work well, there were some issues with a few outlets that would cause the breakers to flip off. But the biggest issue was the golf cart. Not only was it not reliable, but it was actually embarrassing to drive around. The seat cushions are disintegrating, one of the seatbelts was broken, and it was not working at all for the majority of our trip. DON’T BOOK HERE FOR THE CART. The other issues weren’t a big deal and we could have happily overlooked, but I would not recommend staying here until owners replace the cart. Not just repair it. They need to spend the money to get a new cart if they are hoping to be successful.

Close to great restaurants and shopping. My husband and son took advantage of the golf courses on property!! Would definitely stay in the area again! The house fit our family well. Overall our stay was fine but the house is in need of some TLC. In check we noticed several items needing repair. The tv in living area color was off...everything was in green and blue. The kitchen table was broken as well as the faucet in master bath. In addition, the golf cart front seat had a broken bracket. We spent the week sitting behind my husband pushing the seat forward. We immediately called the property manager who did come and fix the faucet and table. The tv and golf cart remained broke. I understand that summer is hard for golf cart repairs. The unit furniture is not as it is pictured and furniture is in need of cleaning. The master bed was comfortable but only two pillows provided. There were other broken items and we took pictures in fear that we would be blamed for damage. I would not rent this unit again and was slightly disappointed that the reviews didn’t reflect the issues. I would stay in Sandestin again and highly recommend the resort itself.

We have a wonderful time in Sandestin. Our rental home for the week was beautiful, spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the beach, pool and all the amenities that surrounded the area the use of the golf cart. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

This was a nice cozy place with lots of room. It was located in a nice community where there were lots of activities to choose from. I would stay there again.

Overall a very nice experience! My biggest issue was there was absolutely no way you could make it through the week without going to Walmart and buying a complete set of everything you need, from trash bags and toilet paper to salt and pepper. This is probably a management company issue and seemed common, judging by how the smallest sizes of everything was sold out at Walmart by late afternoon. The golf cart was so fun and the complex had something for everyone-make sure to get out and explore!
