Beach Villa 2217: Your Island Escape with Stunning Gulf Views!

Excellent view , quiet and very cleaned

Loved it here!! Very updated and clean villa. So comfortable for our family of 4. Really enjoyed the pools especially the one oceanfront. Sunsets were stunning! Very conveniently located as well. Very short walk to the beach! Definitely will be back and recommend to friends and family.

Construction in unit above, all day long. Very loud. Unit owner did nothing to make my stay any better. I ended up moving to Fort Myers. As I do understand these thing happen. They did not care.

Condo was beautiful and very clean with gorgeous sand and ocean views. We could walk right out to the beach. The sunset views here were amazing! Pool was also very clean. We loved it and would gladly stay here again!

The unit was perfect! Perfect access to beach, pool, and all that captiva has to offer. Unit had everything we needed to enjoy out stay.

Beautifully kept property on the quiet, easy island of Captiva. Well-stocked, clean kitchen with all appliances even a toaster. Spacious living and dining room. King bed and tv in bedroom. Nice closet and provided hangers. Beautiful double-vanity bathroom with a large shower. Spacious screened balcony looking out over the Gulf. The unit is on the first floor, so ocean view is limited, but still plenty visible. Quick walk to beach with nice foot and shower stations off wooden path. They even have really nice shell rinsing stations! Some beach rebuilding going on down the way, but it wasn’t really noticeable to us. There is one flight of stairs up to unit, but unit itself all on one level(first level of complex). The only negatives for us were the extra firm mattress(some may like, my body just can’t take it) and the check-in issues. I was sent a message with check-in instructions before we initially arrived for our stay(per usual). The picture of the lock was didn’t look anything like what was on the door, and the instructions didn’t have the correct code. We arrived close to 10pm and it did take a few phone calls to remedy the issue. So some updating on lock & instructions would be good. Overall, we look forward to returning to this lovely haven again soon!

Nice property and good location.

Condo was very clean and well kept. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make for a cozy and comfortable stay. Views from the balcony of the ocean were beautiful. Would love to comeBack!

The property is beautiful and the location is great

We like being close to the beach and Starbucks and Captiva village.I called and asked for early check in- either I had a bad signal and did not hear him or misunderstood because we arrived at 1:15 could not get in and when I called they said you can’t get in until 2p! Kind of a pain…Everything else was fine.

Incredible property and experience! SO close to the beach, impeccably decorated, and super clean! Host was exceptionally responsive and helpful! We WILL book this unit again!

This condo was great. We were impressed at the cleanliness. The view was beautiful, and the walkway to the beach was close by. Overall, we would book this property again.

Phenomenal place location and condition right on beach next to pool. Great parking. Elevator. One flight up. Unreal sunsets! Would love to go back in October but concerned about hurricane season. Can owner assure full credit towards another booking if risk of storm impacts trip?

We stayed here wondering how the Islas had fared after the hurricane damage. They see working on restoration but it will take a very long time

We have stayed in other condos in this complex and this one was furnished nicer and the kitchen and bathroom had both been upgraded recently. All brand new appliances. Our only complaint was that the hot water needed to be hotter.

When we arrived the unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was obvious the property was recovering from the hurricane. Otherwise our trip was very enjoyable! I would say this is a great option if your staying in Captiva.
