Beach Villa 2028 - Gulf front largest floor plan

Great location. Beautifully decorated. Lots of things w/in walking distance. Everything you need is provided. The parking lot was being repaired when we arrived and there were no indications or directions for parking provided. A very rude man came up to the car and told us we couldn’t park there. He asked WHO were we staying with and told us if we drove there again our car would be removed. He finally told us to park in the lot on the other side of the pickleball courts. Having an infant with us made for a very long haul to get all of our unloading done.Other than the less than welcoming introduction, it’s a beautiful place to stay and a great area.

All was gorgeous!! everything great. one thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the fact that there was not a washer and dryer in the room just a pay to use in the underneath area. But we knew that going in so all good!

The property had a great view of the ocean and was spacious. We had a nice stay.

We had an incredible time at this property start to finish. The communication was top notch, place was spotless and the place was decorated super cute. It was roomy and exactly as described. We hope to stay here next year.

Beautiful condo, perfect location, very spacious.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The property was even better than we expected—relaxing, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true retreat.Every member of our family loved it—whether it was lounging on the balcony, enjoying the well-appointed amenities, or simply unwinding with the sound of the waves. The beach access was incredibly easy, and the sunsets were so breathtaking that we canceled our dinner plans just to soak in the view each evening.It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and natural beauty so perfectly. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The weather was perfect and the condo was beautiful! Looked exactly like the photos ! That view from the patio never gets old ! Loved the walkability to town . My family had a amazing week and we would return for sure !

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this perfect beach condo! Excellent location, easy check in, and super cozy. We will definitely stay again!

This was our first time to the island and the condo was the highlight of our trip. The outdoor patio and walking distance to the beach was just what we needed. The loft was perfect for the 4 boys ages 11 thru 14 and the 2 bedrooms on on the main floor were perfect for the parents. The accommodations reminded us of a ski chalet but on the beach.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. It’s on the beach and you can hear the ocean from the screened in porch but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. The area was badly damaged by hurricane Ian and is largely still a construction zone. There is a lot of truck traffic, random wooden scaffolding by the pool and the tennis court was only half usable. The kitchen is not well equipped, a shower was broken and the others neither hot no strong enough, and a smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling on a wire. It’s a nice place to stay for the beach but the apartment itself could use some work.

Long weekend on captiva was relaxing and lovely. Clean property that was comfortable. Did not bring k cups so had to get those due to the type of coffee maker but the location is great. Rented bikes as well which made the trip so much better

We had a wonderful stay at this south seas condo over Thanksgiving for the second year in a row! It is so nice to be so close to the beach and the space was clean and had plenty of beds and bathrooms.

Beautiful views and amenities

We had a beach villa in the seventies and eighties and absolutely loved it, South Seas and Captiva. So sad to see what Ian did but looking forward to coming back in the near future. The beach was beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed by my family.
