Beach View On Hilton Head Island At The B.E.A.C.H.H.

I love the location of the property. The resort amenities are very nice. I love the boardwalk beach access. The Beach Bear has great food and so does Coco's. The resort is older and some things are a little dated but the location and amenities make up for it.

Kim & her mother were excellent hosts! They were very responsive and helpful during the entire stay. This Condo is absolutely wonderful and has such amazing views! Check in & out were so easy. The location is very convenient in relation to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants! This place has everything you need! My coworkers and I stayed here for an entire month and felt at home. The laundry room is located on the same floor as the condo and takes debit/credit cards. There’s a private pool (indoor & outdoor), gym, and mini restaurant all within walking distance! I will definitely be using this place in the future anytime I come to HHI!

We stayed in this unit last year and were very pleased. It didn’t let us down this year!!! Wonderful Unit! The Host Kim is very personable and quick to reply with any questions. We had a wonderful time and 4th of July!

Overall we had a good stay. The unit had everything we needed. The couch was a little uncomfortable but everything else we have no complaints. We would stay here again.

The villa was great for a weekend getaway. A couple of minor issues, but overall did not affect our stay greatly. One problem we had was the ice maker was not working, could not figure out how to turn it on, and never got response from host as how to operate. Had no ice for 4 days, but we made do. Also bed in master room was small, squeaky, and not as comfortable as desired. Sofa in living room not very comfortable as cushions sank down into area where sleeper is located. Overall was a nice stay with easy walk to the beach. The resort amenities were nice.

This villa is equipped with everything you need. Very thoughtful owner, easy to deal with. Best view at HHR! Remember when you stay at HHR, it's not a hotel, it's an apartment complex with on site grill, tiki bar, pools, tennis...everything you need...but, if you are used to a hotel concierge and daily turn down service, this is not the place for you. We loved it, met nice people, enjoyed all the amenities and will be back, for sure!!

Condo was really cute, looked recently updated. Property itself is older but looks well maintained. Easy walk to the beach and several pools on property. About the middle of the island so an easy drive or bike ride to anywhere. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay there again.

We enjoyed our time at this property! The view is so nice and you can hear the waves. The boardwalk to the beach was a little long for my 4 year old but we did bring her bike which helped a ton (but I saw bikes are only permitted on the boardwalk off season). As for the unit, there isn’t much extra space to hang beach towels out to dry since you can’t hang on the porch railing. Next time I’d bring an expandable drying rack. Also, the washer/dryer is a community one which is fine, I just hadn’t noticed it wasn’t in the unit itself. I think it could feel tight with 4 adults or older kids but was fine for our young family of 4. We’d definitely stay here again!

Oh my gosh, we can't say enough about how great this place is and the owners. The resort is a little outdated on the outside, but this condo has had some nice updates inside. Location is great! Plenty of restaurants, golf courses, stores, kayaking etc.... within minutes. It is about a quarter mile walk along the boardwalk to the beach. Beach access is perfect, it is a public beach, but has limited access to the public so there are way fewer people in this area then other parts of the beach. We had a few questions for the owner when we arrived and they answered immediately. They provided beach towels, swim noodles, boogie board, cooler and beach cart. The pictures online represent the unit well. The screened in patio is very nice and it is one of the few units in the resort that has a great view of the ocean. Can't go wrong staying here in our opinion.
