Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to your vacation! You will find 1 king bed, a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, dinette for 2 and ample balcony with lounge seating. The studio has a full bathroom and closet. The stocked kitchenette has a mini fridge with a separate freezer section, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and plenty of cabinet space to store all of your kitchen needs.

A table for 2 provides a comfortable space for dining in or a card game after a day in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The full-size bathroom has a soaking tub and shower combo Market Street Inn owners enjoy exclusive access to the amenities terrace including resort style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and barbecue grilling area. Take a round of golf at Burnt Pine Golf Club.

This complex offers its guests underground parking! The code to access underground parking periodically changes, so check your Safe Travels email for up-to-date code information.

Please note: there is only one unassigned parking space per deeded unit (one booked unit is allowed one vehicle in the second floor parking garage). There is off-site parking available a short 4-minute walk from the property (just north of Gateway properties; look for the sign that reads Inspiration Bay).

Directions to underground parking: Pass through the Welcome Gate and make a left on Baytowne Avenue. Continue on Baytowne Ave., making a slight right at the round-about. Continue about 1 more mile, until you see a large sign for Hotel Effie. Make a left, at the sign, onto Grand Sandestin Boulevard.

Continue for about 1 mile; look for signs, on the left, for the Village of Baytowne. Turn left into the drive; the parking garage entrance will be on your right. After parking in the garage, look for the red wall to identify the entrance to the Market Street Inn. No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking.

The Market Street Inn Area: The Inn is situated in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! All that the Village of Baytowne Wharf offers is just steps away. Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade & Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak & Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week).

Looking for more nearby options Horseshoe Bayou, Hammerhead's Bar & Grille, and Roberto's Pizzeria are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. The Inn is about a 10-minute drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Destin Executive airport is 11 miles away, a 20 to 25-minute car ride.

Wristband Policy: This community requires guests to wear a wristband in designated areas (including but not limited to: the amenity terrace level, area inside the pool gates, grilling area, fitness center, as well as the terrace lawn and fireplace). Individuals without a wristband will be asked to put one on or will be asked to leave the premises.

Leave wristbands in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. When wristbands must be replaced, guests will be charged a $75 delivery fee plus $10 per missing wristband.

Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area.

A beach tram is scheduled to stop every 15-20 minutes in front of Charlie's Café at the Villages of Baytowne Wharf. Here is a link showing where the Beach Tram pick up and drop of points are. You need to take the yellow line! Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay.

Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card.

Bike Rental in the Sandestin Area: There are a handful of bike rental businesses that serve the area. Fun Pug Bike rentals is super convenient. Feel free to search for others if you are curious or want to compare rates. Ride safely and have fun!

    First, the directions to the parking garage were very wrong. We had a hard time finding it. The room itself was small ( two people cannot pass each other between the bed and kitchenette. The bathroom was dirty( floor, baseboards, sink area.) the shower curtain was a thin one from the dollar store. Coach was ok but different than the listing. Lighting was dim. For what we paid we could have stayed in a nicer property in the same place. Everything was within walking distance. That’s why we stayed there. It’s like it’s own little village. That part is. I’ve.

    Awesome location, small room… same size as standard hotel room. Checking in after normal hours, no one at the property to help and no way to contact anyone. There were not specific directions provided to help find this particular unit in a very large group of adjacent buildings… wandering around after long day of travel before finally figured it out.

    Been here before with the kiddos always a good time. What’s nice is that you don’t even need to leave the complex, as a lot of amenities are right there in the complex! With restaurants, bars, an end of week Street Market with local vendors selling all kinds items, clothes, food, homemade candies and even live entertainment at some of the local bars right in the complex. There’s also a free shuttle as part of your stay for trips to the beach. Definitely recommend!
