Beach-themed townhome w/wet bar & upgrades throughout!

We received the check-in access codes promptly at the time indicated. Upon arrival, property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything needed was provided. The view of the beach from the balcony was a nice touch. The beach truly is a 2 min walk away which was perfect for us given we had our infant with us. Excellent property and managed well. We would definitely come back.

Exceptional vacation rental!! Updated and beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. I would highly recommend this unit, as it is walkable - literally right across the street from the beach and easy walking to local restaurants. Bring your running shoes - there is a path that starts right outside the front door and goes up and down the beach. There are even tv’s in the bunk beds for each kiddo!

Very nice layout. Easy access to the pool and short walk to the beach. House provided beach chairs/wagon that was very helpful.

Our second time staying at this property. We love it! Close walk to beach’s shops and restaurants! Does get hot upstairs but that’s expected in a town home in the heat of summer!

We loved the fact that it was convenient for the beach… but unfortunately the space has not really been updated in some areas. We couldn’t use the pull out couch as it’s all old and I’m sure broken as you can feel every spring. There was no way to rinse the sand off before entering as the water is shut off in the front. The dryer squeaks so horribly we had to make sure to time the use of it. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is not properly installed that it was hard to try and get the water temp right too. Again definitely loved the convenience of how close it is but definitely in need of some upgrades.

What a perfect location! Washing machine super convenient. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. The beach was pristine.

Location was perfect for easy access to the beach.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk that crosses a street to get to the beach. My almost 2 year old walked it perfectly fine. The pool was nice and neighborhood was relatively quiet. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The house is as pictured, but I do believe it is important to note that the master bedroom and living room are upstairs and the guest room/bath and kitchen are on the main level, which was a bit odd but we weren’t in the home much during the day anyway. The house was relatively clean with the exception for dust. We raised the blinds once and dust went everywhere. I also wish the appliances and showers were updated. The dryer took quite a while to actually dry our clothing but it eventually worked. Overall I would recommend to others and would stay here again due to the location.

The townhouse was great! Short and easy walk to the beach as well as dining and shops. The beds were comfy and had plenty of extra towels, linens and pillows for the beds. Check in and out process was simple and easy. Company was great with communicating and answering any questions within minutes via text. Would def recommend this unit to family and friends.
