The condo with the 4 bedrooms was a plus and the location was ideal. However, there was only 1disabled parking in P2 and one on the lower level for more than 60 units. It would have been nice and safe if some of the bathrooms had hand rails for support. The fire alarm went off everytime the oven door was opened. Overall, it was wonderful to watch the sunset and fall asleep listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves.

The host was amazing. Every time I emailed it was answered immediately. When we first arrived I had to call about a parking question. He answered and solved the problem in no time. Like I said Amazing. The condo was beautiful and it was on the end of the hallway which was perfect. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The views were spectacular. I really loved this place and my family did too.

We loved the condo! It was such a good set up and we loved the XL balcony! However, other condo owners (not the owner of this condo) do not mind their business and will report you due to untrue facts. We had a family in this condo and another condo and our family was reported for having to many people in the elevator which was not true the people in there were not with us. And the other family got a call saying they were being to loud before they even checked in.

Excellent location. Ocean view was phenomenal. The large balcony is the highlight of the property. Conveniently located across the street from an ice cream shop and daiquiri bar.

We loved staying here, and had a great time. Sumit responded quickly if we had any questions. Parking is a nightmare, only one of the TVs has anything that connects to apps, and the elevator was constantly keeping people waiting. Besides those things everything was 5 stars.

Great experience

Condo was nice and we knew booking this unit that parking would be a slight issue. We’ve stayed at this complex before and knew parking was very limited. A group of 5 men and we were a little surprised with cleanliness. All of the showers need a major cleaning to start. Our wives would have insisted on a trip to the store for cleaning supplies and cleaned before they stayed. Communication with manager was good and we had all info in advance.

We had a wonderful time! Very spacious and upgraded condo that is conveniently located to food, shopping, and entertainment.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and the balcony was amazing. Great location right on the beach and walking distance to many cute places for food and drinks. Property manager was great with responding to is and we were even able to check in a little early.

The beautiful sunsets were enjoyed on the very large balcony. The sounds of the ocean were heard on the 7th floor. Everything was great with only a few glitches. Our girl’s trip was enjoyed by all. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

it was a great property to stay at very clean and relaxing plenty of room for everybody. Great view of the beach and access to the beach.

There were 9 women in our group. (All 65yo). We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great, which we spent most of our time at, when we weren't on the beach. The elevators were super fast. It was a great condo with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Plenty of room for us all The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were awesome. Check in was easy. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!awesome.

We had a great week at PCB!! This unit is well equipped, HUGE balcony that we enjoyed, close to several shops and is right across the street from a great little bakery. It is also within walking distance to Pineapple Willie's (its popular but not one of our favorites - Maguire's Irish Pub in Destin is worth the drive tho). There is also a Wal-mart within walking distance. We arrived at 4:30 on Saturday for check-in and it was a crowded time which can be frustrating. The elevator and crowds were much better after check-in. I would consider arriving later and waiting out the rush. We had 4 cars and parking is limited (1 car spot is guaranteed), overflow was usually full but across the street (short walk) was a public parking spot. We paid $84 to park the entire week and that worked out pretty well. There was plenty of space and it was just across the street.
