The property itself was okay, but not the cleanest or most well kept. The lagoon pool was really pretty neat, but not super clean and the Hangout (pool bar) BLASTED club music the entire time, with the exception of a live singer one evening. Not relaxing or tropical vibes. The room was cute and fine for two, but the bed moves and squeaks a lot, but comfy. Need a rug! The balcony could use some more comfy furniture and a good cleaning. The price was right and the views were nice.

The unit we stayed in was small but worked for my husband and I. It had a great view of the beach. There is only a shower in the room and the shower is small so be aware of that. The only thing is I wish they would let you check in before 4pm. We had to wait until exactly 4pm to get in the room and check-out is 10am.

The studio condo at Longbeach Resort was sweet and quaint, convenient and quiet! It had all the amenties you would need, and everything was clean and tidy. The king size bed was nice and comfy. Bathroom was spacious. There is only a tiny fridge and no stove, so don't plan on preparing meals while you are there, although there are several crock pots for use!! We will definately be back for another weekend getaway!!

Great location in PCB. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for two. Very clean. The 4th floor was great because it had a nice view of the beach but was not so high to always have to use the elevator.

The condo is very nice and well stocked. The manager is very concerned and quick to reply to any needs. The resort as nice, but elevators worked sporadically and adjacent parking lot was unavailable most of our two weeks there due to construction.

Great location for our little family of three. Loved the private stretch of beach area. Would like to see the resort open the fitness facility back up. Room was great and clean and all we needed for the week!

My stay was very nice for the 2 day trip. I would suggest having instruction on how to watch TV.

First off, thank you David for everything! Before arriving, he answered every message I sent, usually within minutes. We ended up being able to come an extra day and he really helped us out. Once we got there, it was the cutest little studio! It had everything listed and then some. This one didn’t have a full kitchen but there were crockpots, blenders, etc in the cabinet. We didn’t need anything! The maintenance staff was great. We came in one evening after dinner and noticed some water on the floor due to the air conditioner running a lot and a small clog in the line. No big deal, my husband knows how to deal with it. It happens every summer at home. Before I can even get the water wiped up, they were on top of it! Calling and messaging. An AC man was there in about 30 minutes! Problem solved. About security, it is no joke. I was a little annoyed at first with the constant checking our pass every time I came in but then we lost it, on a weekend at that. They were so helpful! They got us through until management was on site on Monday. Then, with only one day left, management helped us out as well! They WILL tow you’re car if you don’t belong there. We have friends who ask why we don’t vacation elsewhere, like California. This is why. Southern hospitality. I’ve been there, it’s not the same. This is a place I would feel comfortable letting my 13 yr old and her friends run around without me directly by their side. We really loved this place.
