Welcome to “One Particular Harbor” a gulf-front condo offering panoramic views of the Emerald Coast and a bright, coastal interior designed for comfort and relaxation. Beach service is provided from March through October and includes one setup with two chairs and an umbrella for your enjoyment.

The main living area features an open layout surrounded by windows that showcase sweeping Gulf views and fill the space with natural light. Comfortable seating is arranged around a large flat-screen Smart TV and electric fireplace, creating a warm, beach-bonfire ambiance for relaxing evenings. Custom built-in shelving, a wood-plank ceiling, and coastal finishes add to the inviting atmosphere, while sliding doors provide direct access to the private gulf-front balcony.

The kitchen is beautifully updated with white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and a spacious island with bar seating—perfect for casual meals or gathering while cooking. The open design flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large table is positioned beside windows overlooking the beach. A built-in beverage cooler and serving station adds convenience for entertaining.

The ocean-view primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat and features a spa-style bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities, oversized mirrors, and a walk-in glass shower, all finished with clean coastal design and modern fixtures. The guest queen suite also includes its own private bathroom with a custom tile shower. The bunk bedroom provides flexible sleeping with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, making it ideal for additional guests or children. A rollaway bed is available in the primary suite for families traveling with younger children. A full hall bathroom serves this bedroom.

    Property is exactly as described. We had a wonderful time and love everything about this unit at Sugar Dunes. The private beach is incredible and wasn’t crowded.

    The condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. The wall of windows in the living/kitchen area made for a beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed the large back balcony and enjoyed watching the dolphins. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom which was great. Location on 30 a was ideal. We rented bikes and there were many shops/restaurants we could Bike to. We would definitely stay again but one thing to note is the people above us were quite loud and we could hear their footsteps And kids running around at bedtime but we still had a great stay with minimal complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was great. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was stocked fairly well except the knives are horrible and would not cut anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and just bring our own knives. Russell Vacation rental was fabulous to deal with and you get to talk to a real person. One of the best rental’s companies I have dealt with.

    Our Santa Rosa vacation was perfect! This condo was beautifully remodeled and so comfortable. We loved the spacious primary bedroom en-suite and the two other ensuites were a good size too.The kitchen truly was fully stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone .

    The location of this property is perfect for getting to and from anywhere on 30A and is literally right on the beach. You cannot beat the views of the gulf from the living area, master suite and private back porch. It is an older property but has been well updated and furnished. We would stay here again.

    Honestly had no idea what to expect with the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms because there were no photos in the listing, but overall everything was very nice and appeared updated in the last several years. The incredible views from the living area and balcony with the beach just a few steps away alone makes this property totally worth.
