Shores of Panama is currently undergoing an exterior stucco renovation project through 2026. During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

Salty Mermaids Condo 1131 is located on the 11th floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with areserved parking spot on the 11th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $105 registration fee paid to the resort upon arrival for 2 parking passes & 10 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered oversized. The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED! Your reservation comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella from the vendor on the beach for reservations 03/15-10/31. The condo has more beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys inside the condo guests are welcome to use.

The Master Bedroom is its own retreat, with a King bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite full bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity, and a tub/ shower combination. Use the tub to ease your aching muscles, or the shower to rinse the sand off of your feet before crawling into bed..

The first guest bedroom features a Queen bed, a Smart TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 2nd Guest Room has a King bed, a Smart TV, and ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo that connects to the rest of the condo. There's also a queen sleeper sofa and full size hideaway bed allowing this condo to sleep 10.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Yes! Vendor Beach Service, which is 2 chairs & an umbrella, is included with your reservation 03/15-10/31. There are additional beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels inside the condo for the guests to use. The resort also has a Take a toy, Leave a toy bin by the poolside beach access gate.
