Stayed Apr 16, 2025When we first walked in we were amazed. We chose this house because of the bunk beds for the kids but also the other room for my 15-year-old daughter. Had the right amount of space for the whole family. I love that. It's on the first floor and the beach was literally 5 minutes away walking across the street. There are also a few beach chairs and toys for the kids to enjoy on the beach . We will definitely be saving this to our favorites

Stayed Mar 26, 2025rental property was great and very nice. Loved to house and it was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, the property management is NOT so great. Our rental van was hit by an onsite construction lift and the property management has refused to speak with us. Reports were filed but no one will assist us besides the security officers onsite.

The property has a great porch to spread out, perfect location with a 2 min. walk to beach in a safe location, well-appointed kitchen for meal prep., comfy beds and linens, unexpected extras like laundry baskets, beach chairs and toys, drying rack, etc.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024Our family really enjoyed this spacious condo and the location made it even better! We would love to come back to this specific place next time! We had a minor glitch with the check in process but management showed up immediately and helped us with it! I thought that was very impressive and they even offered us a gift as a way to make sure we were taken care of! I recommend this place for sure!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024We had a family 5 for a retreat and this room EXCEEDED our expectations. It was well-kept, communication was excellent so we didn't need to contact management, and the location was PERFECT. Parking was right in front of the unit and the beach was a short walk away (and not a busy part of the beach either)
