This property was great for our family. There were 6 of us. Plenty of room. Perfect location with a stunning view. Property manager was always available for questions or concerns and very prompt. I highly recommend staying here!!

Our family enjoyed our stay. This is our 3rd time staying at this location and our 1st time in this unit. The best part about the condos is being able to travel and stay with your dogs and the location is perfect. We enjoyed walking and running along scenic gulf drive during our stay and felt our dogs were more than welcome. The condo was very nice. We really liked the king beds in each bedroom and the full bed on the bottom hall bunk....this was ideal for our family of 7 adults. The proximity to the beach was really nice as well and the private beach access was also great. We did not use the pool area much, but it was very nice, as well as the sauna/hot tub. We also took advantage of the small gym on site. We did have a few recommendations for the condo. The baseboards/trim and doors all could use a good coat of paint. The outdoor/balcony furniture could also use some updating. The kitchen although nice, isn't very well stocked (more of just an FYI if you plan to cook in) and it would have been nice to have some multi surface cleaner/glass cleaner to wipe off counter tops and the table top throughout the week. Additionally, we felt it was unreasonable to ask for all sand to be cleaned up from the condo, prior to departing. We brought our own vacuum to make sure pet hair was cleaned up and did the best we could with the sand. The condo was great overall and is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you're traveling with pets.

We loved our experience at the condo! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. I was worried about the view with the condo being across the beach but we had a perfect view of the beach. We did have a minor issue with the dryer and the property manager was quick to get that fixed. Overall this was a great experience!

Being on the second floor end unit was great for our party. Great view of the beach! Communication with property manager was helpful when a few things needed to be taken care of. Thanks for your hospitality!

Loved the property but check in time @4:00 is quite late. I understand the cleaning process but then check out is @9:00 am. That is the earliest check out time I have ever encountered. That is a 7 hour cleaning window. The only other abnormal request I saw was asking that all sand be removed from condo? This is a beach condo. I thought that the cleaning fee would cover removal of sand. We did vaccume the condo even though the vaccume provided was not great. I just thought the request was excessive. The condo was very nice & well stocked.

We loved the condo. The only complaints I have are we actually arrived early, waitied until 4:00 to enter and were not able to get it until 4:15 and we had 5 very impatient children. And I felt the kitchen is not very well stocked. They do not have a crockpot, there were no Tupperware like containers to store leftovers and there were only 2 dishtowels and 1 dish rag. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. I will defiantly consider staying there again. I just know now to bring kitchen supplies with me.
