BEACH PARK @SPRINGMAID BEACH/ DOGS OK! / LINENS & TOWELS/WASHERDRYER/SECUREDWIFI

Family and I had a wonderful time at this beach condo which had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with an awesome view of the beach or walking to the beach about a minute or two away to feel the sand and water under your feet. It was very nice going for a run or walking our dog along the beach. Also, there are plenty activities to do in Myrtle Beach or other nearby towns. Everything went very smoothly and Joseph the property owner was great and very responsive throughout our communications. We would definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

We had parking available close to the stairs that led to the door, the unit was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities to prepare and serve meals. The pool was clean and not very crowded while we were there. The host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property. Our first stay here 3 years ago was wonderful, however, Joseph and Terri added upgrades that took this property to another level!This condo was so clean (see my 5 star rating) that we did not have to do any precleaning upon checking in. Joseph and Terri take pride in providing the best possible atmosphere for their customers and make it their business to be there for every cleaning service to properly guarantee your vacation is off to a wonderful start when you open the front door! The ocean view from the patio is just another bonus to set your vacation mood.Joseph was quick to respond to any questions and truly understands the value of Good Customer Service! We will definitely be back here again this summer!

Beach park condo was very easy to find and to access the beach. Only a block away with great views of the ocean. Close proximity to everything in Myrtle beach. It was worth it.

A great find on Myrtle Beach! The beach location was perfect, not too crowded, plenty of sand even at high tide. Condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean. Communication with owner was easy. They provided all the needed details to make our stay easy prior to arrival. We would definitely stay again!

View & location was a plus. Overall condition of the condo was not the best. Gap’s in the front door made security concerns. Mold on the upstairs bathtub curtain. No way to adjust the water temperature on main level bathtub. Water pressure & temperature was a constant issue. The cleaning company should have address these issues. A little investment & this condo would be very nice. You can’t beat the view, accessibility to the beach and surrounding points of interest

Came here with my husband and our children age 13 and 17 for the July 4th week. The property is very comfortable. Nice kichen fully equipped for making meals. The balcony overlooks small camper site, but being on the 3rd floor it does not obstruct from the ocean view. Where we saw dolfins. You will see and hear flying planes, as its in line with the airport. We were aware of this from previous reviews it din't bother us at all. They fly during the day. From our observation its 6am-10pm.We did not hear them after 10pm. The pool was a nice addition.Overal our stay was great and I would have given this review 5 stars except for one problem that we had from the very beginning regarding parking. There simply is not enough parking for the tenants of the property. We were given 2 parking passes 90% of time we could not find parking for one car. If you leave to go grocery shopping. You come back to no parking. Your only option is to park on the public beach parking adjacent to the proberty if you can find parking there at all. If you leave your car on that parking overnigh you will be penalized with parking ticket. As we found our selves one morning. No beach parking from 2am-5am. The final day of our stay we parked under the property building where there is double parking but got repremended by a tenant for blocking her car. Even though the parking pass was in place clearly stating our condo number and we even placed out phone number on the windshield. If you uber then you will ok
