The property was amazing! Close to the beach and close to the boardwalk. We had 12 people stay and had more than enough room! Definitely going to book again.

This is the first time we rented from VRBO and it will probably be the last. We had a few problems that if we rented through a property management company would have been fixed in a timely manner. First was the lock on the stairwell door was not operating and if you didn’t have a key fob to get in you couldn’t use the steps. The Second issue was the television in the living room didn’t work. The owner quickly answered and had us try to troubleshoot which didn’t work. He said he would have to order one So there was no TV for the week in the living room. Also the sofa bed that my adult son was going to sleep on was broken and couldn’t be used There was a mattress in the closet to be used on the floor.( not ideal for an adult). The place was clean and the decor was nice but definitely needs some updating. Overall we had a fair experience but we have rented in OCMD many times and would not rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful day at the condo. The place was beautiful and in a great location. All directions were to the T and we had no issues at all. We’re very happy with this trip and looking to head back next year.!

My family and friends of 12, stayed for a night. We were very impressed with the decoration and cleanliness of this condo. The rooms were very spacious. It was impressiveto see how many full size beds could fit in the rooms. One room could comfortably sleep 6. The second room could sleep 6-8 people since there is a trundle inder the bunk bed.The king size bed was comfortable. I appreciated their attention to detail for the little things. My only negative was that the couch bed was broken and couldn't be used. The half bathroom light blew during the stay. That was inconvenient but we worked around it. I would stay here again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful location.

We had a great long weekend staying at this condo in Ocean City, MD. It was very clean and welcoming. The check in process was easy. Condo was beautifully decorated and had tons of amenities. Very easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. My kids enjoyed the ropes course next to the building and Fish Tales (the restaurant across the street on the bayside) was also a hit. We added linens to our stay and the host was able to accommodate that easily. We will definitely stay again when we come back! Thank you for everything!

Plenty of space in the condo! The pool looked great, but we didn’t use it. Beach was easy walking distance from condo. Kitchen was stocked and house was beautifully decorated.

Check in was very easy with a passcode being used to enter the property. It was also very clean and everything (appliances, furniture) was pretty new/in good condition. I wish there was more parking but I think that can be said about any property in Ocean City. Great host and amazing property! Looking to book again in the fall.

Hubs and I just wanted to get away for weekend, it was very nice to have few hotel amenities already there - dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, trash bag, etc. Enjoyed our stay?

Went to OC Sunfest for a girls weekend, with 12 ladies. Chose this place due to that it advertised to sleep 15 and location “downtown” it’s on 21st street. Accommodated 12 adults to sleep. King bed was comfortable, sofa bed was horrible!, as well as top bunks, and ladder was broken, queen bed was noisy w slightest movement, mold spa tub jets, fireplace and multiple lights not working, nonstick kitchen pans scratched up and rusted surface, no teaspoons. But beautifully decorated and spacious, nice bay views from balcony. If you can’t walk stairs, you can’t check in through elevator entrance and no luggage caddy. To one to one

Had everything we needed and tons of room for my group of 14 adults to sleep comfortably!

Property was clean. Pool was smaller than what it seemed in pictures but kids still had fun. Close to beach and other activities. Security of property good as well.
