It was a challenge to find (especially after dark) but being off the main track adds charm to the stay.

6B was very welcoming. Had most everything we could have wanted or needed. We really enjoy the balcony. Seeing the sunrise… the next best thing to watching the sunsets. The location is absolutely perfect! Such a short walk to the beach.The beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs looked very new!Just a few minor updates would be nice:An overhead light and tv in the guest bedroom would have been nice amenities. But I managed without. The guest bath could use some tlc… the shower door handle was disconnected at the top. The one towel rack rod kept falling off. All very minor issues. The light switches were interesting to figure out. Several didn’t turn on/off anything? The master bathroom outlet tripped our 2nd to last day. I did report it immediately. Wasn’t sure how to fix it. Replacing with a GFI outlet might be a good idea?Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Love the location. We’ll definitely be back!

I received frequent useful communications prior to stay. The condo is well maintained with excellent location and a beautiful view of the bay. The amenities provided were so thoughtful such as detergent and dishwasher pods so we didn't have to purchase them This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely be back

Perfect location and amenities

Perfect apartment and location!We had a wonderful stay at this rental. Communication was quick and easy. We found the location to be perfect and greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas since we had flown in.If I return to this area, I will defintiely seek to rent this unit for our family again!

The apartment was super cozy, clean, and just steps away from the beach. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful and the vibe was peaceful—perfect for a beach escape. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Great unit. Spacious room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Quick walk to the beach. Kids love the deck and the dock. Only tiny recommendation is smoothing or sanding some the deck area. Got splinters couple times while we’re there. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach palms property. We found the unit super clean and it had great amenities. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise each morning. The proximity to the beach was a nice short walk. The pool felt great after a long beach day. We found several restaurants within walking distance that had amazing food! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed and more! The location of the condo was perfect for us! A short/easy walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s also a short drive to the other beautiful beaches in the area, so we felt like we had the best of both worlds. (And we appreciated all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. that were available to take along to the beach with us!) The owner was quick to respond to my questions/needs and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Our favorite part of staying here was sitting on the deck overlooking the bay. It was so beautiful and peaceful! We enjoyed seeing the sunrises, watching all the activity during the day, and the night views.We loved our stay here and hope to return in the future.

The property had everything you need for a beach vacation. There was a slight hiccup with the door code, but it was quickly resolved. The kitchen was well equipped, with appliances that are nicer than what we have at home. We had to leave early due to a family emergency. Management was so kind, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo, we loved the pool, the deck overlooking the bay, short walk to a beautiful beach

The condo is exactly as described/pictured. The listing should mention that they are 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit. While not a deal breaker for us, it certainly could be for others. There is construction going on all over the island (which we planned on) but our building was having work done and we were not told in advance. Our entry code didn't work, but it was very easy to get ahold of someone and get a new code that did work. Communication with the property mgt company was great! It would be nice if there was foil, tupperware, etc. in the unit; we did appreciate the soaps, etc.

Everything was great! Close to beach, pool was a little cool but nice. Lots of beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and beach toys. Intranet service was poor. Very roomy condo, overall we had a great time and would come back!

My wife was celebrating her birthday (north of 50) and we decided to change our annual trip from Treasure Island to Anna Maria. We made the arrangements prior to the hurricanes that devastated the area, making our trip seem like it may not happen, however, I contacted the PM (Terry) and he assured me that things would be Up and Running by the time we arrived. He was absolutely correct. The area was still in a bit of a shambles, however, the restaurants, bars and shops were all ready for our business. As for the condo, it was exactly what we were looking for in an affordable weekend getaway. We invited our best friends to come along for the trip and we all found the accommodations to our liking. The condo was up-to-date with nearly new appliances, beds and furnishings. It was clean and bright with a view of Anna Maria Sound (which we learned on our dolphin cruise is brackish). The work going on around the condo was non-stop, however, nothing stopped us from taking the Free Trolly to Bridge Street for a full day of activities. This location was absolutely wonderful. We could walk to the beach in under 2 minutes and be on it in less than 5. We had a small issue with the WiFi, however, Terry had someone deliver the needed connection that day. I highly recommend this location, and specifically this condo to anyone looking for a stay on Anna Maria.

Perfect location, great clean property. Loved the veiw

This property was perfect for our group of four. It was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The view of the bay was beautiful and we sat out on the deck every morning and evening. We liked that beach chairs and towels were provided. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars was very convenient. We plan on returning!
