BEACH NEST - Charming 1BR PeckPlaza Condo on the beach, Amazing Views, Pool, Hot Tub;

Fantastic view from the 17th floor!

Really nice unit with beautiful view. The unit had the perfect amount of amenities needed. And, we had a few questions for the apartment manager and she responded in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome week. Alot of things to do. Beach and Pool area were great as well as access to shuffle board, corn hole, tennis courts, basketball court, pool table and ping pong. A very nice club area and a rooftop restaurant. Will definitely be back next Summer.

My first stay at pecks plaza and if I return to DBS I would stay here! It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the ocean and river. Also, you will have the feeling of safety and security. Staff was great as was management.

While I didn’t get a chance to stay in this unit due to a change in the owners calendar, I was upgraded to a 2bd/2ba, 27SW. Wow! What a view this condo has! But since this listing is for a different condo, I’ll just review the building and amenities. The club level has plenty to do and is clean, beautifully decorated and provided plenty of entertainment for myself and teen daughters. There is a pool table room, ping pong room, excellent fitness center with new equipment (that covered everything this fitness professional needed), alibrary, a gorgeous club room you can reserve, and beautiful indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Everything on the club level is new. The pool and hot tub are great. The loungers facing the ocean were my favorite spot! My only critique is the garage level. It is perfectly fine and functional but hasn’t been updated yet and since that’s how you enter the building to get to the elevators its like you are going through a run down service entrance. But everything else is fantastic and I would not hesitate to stay here again! We had a fantastic time and believe me, the views are amazing!!! Each bedroom and the living room has a wall of windows with the most spectacular views! I loved waking up to the view and my daughter loved the night cityscape. We watched thunderstorms roll in, the sunset, the ocean, the tides, etc. would definitely return.

Was given a different room, due to owners staying which didn’t bother us at all. The room we got was still nice and we loved all views we got from bedrooms and balcony. Room was clean, fully equipped with everything. It was definitely home away from home. This is our first time ever staying here and we loved it that we are planning another stay!!

Clean and new, very nice place. Renovations were still happening when we were there, but it didn’t affect our stay. The hot tub wasn’t up and running and the pool wasn’t heated yet. I was told it opened a week before we came. Super nice people at the condo.
