Stayed Nov 26, 2024Cleanliness give 8 out of 10, however the unit is a bit dated. After the 1st day, the a/c unit would not go below 76 degrees, (which explains the addt'l fans stored in the closet), did not provide basic essentials, like dish/dish washer detergent, no addt'l paper towels or toilet paper, light bulbs missng in every room, including the balcony. There were two door bells, which were out of.order. Perhaps with careful consideration of this review, adjustments will be made and this will make for a more enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Stayed for my son’s baseball tournament. Tops’L is our favorite place to stay. Close to attractions but yet isolated enough that not feel like amongst the crowds. Plus, better beach space . Relaxing. And love that the Nature Reserve is right next to it. Condo is decorated in a very airy, relaxing theme and looove the panoramic beach view in Master bedroom. I miss it already !!

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Our Kids first trip to the beach was exceptional. The Condo is clean and has great views of the Ocean and pools. Quick elevator ride and you are at the beach. We found out space each day on the beach and enjoyed the sun and sand.
