Stayed Aug 23, 2025The condo was wonderful. Beautiful views and access to the beach. It had a lot to offer with the pools, sauna, hot tub and gym. When in the gym and sauna we couldn't use the Wi-Fi for our iPod to listen to. The HOA in the complex wouldn't allow access. Traffic was extremely busy in the area.

Stayed May 25, 2025We loved our stay and the view and beach were incredible. Would like to have access to the chair and umbrella service at the beach, everything but 3rd row was sold out even though many were unused. They asked us to move our umbrella to the end of the beach. Very clean building and updated condo. Some spices and dish pods for each day would also be helpful.

Stayed May 22, 2025The condo was renovated beautifully! My favorite part was the big picture window in the living room. It gave an unobstructed view of the gulf that can be seen from the kitchen! The beach was not crowded and there was a walk up bar and grill that was great for beach side service!

Easy access to the beach & pool areas. There is an exercise room, hot tub & sauna in the building. The entire Beach Manor property is very well maintained. Condo has lovely paint & recently updated decor, is spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Stunning views abound from this unit! Covered parking is offered. We enjoyed our getaway to BM 709 and would definitely return!
