Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before, then like now it was very nice, absolutely no complaints about the unit, it's location on the beach, the facilities (minus the parking garage) all were as before exceptional, this would be our annual go to unit if recent changes to parking hadn't occurred, the unit is very nice and well appointed. Parking on the other hand is not what it was and is problematic for us (height restricted to 6'5) and I know I am in the minority on this issue, but if you were wondering why we won't be returning, sadly the (1) thing completely out of your control will be what it is.........our vehicle is 80+/- inches tall, no provisions as in the past for oversized vehicles is available......again not your fault, but in our case it cost us $1,400.00 extra for rented transportation that fell within the restrictions, so, great place, would love to return as we have this year, sadly we won't be......

When you open the front door, you immediately see the emerald waters and light surf through the balcony glass doors. The beach is a very short walk and you can park in the covered garage that is located on the same floor as the condo. Very convenient and easy to get your bags and groceries to the condo. The condo is located perfectly between Destin and 35A. Excellent spot for venturing out. We stay in lots of VRBO rentals. You cannot go wrong with this rental IMO. If we were to go back to that area, we would rent it again. Thanks!

The direct view of the beach, sunrises and sunsets is awesome and the location of the Tops'l Resort is so convenient to everything. The major upgrades to the building exterior were completed last year and the resort is very well maintained.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the best experience we've had in the (10+) years we've been coming to Beach Manor, well appointed unit, well maintained, updated, met every expectation and then some. A very good experience for sure !!You might have someone look at the Garbage Disposal though, water ran threw it fine, but the switch on the counter did not appear to work, or maybe this old dude couldn't figure it out. : )

Despite work being done on the balcony that we were told about less than a week from arrival, we had a nice vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable with a great views . We loved the hot tub but the pool heater was broken so we never got to swim
