Beach, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Tennis walk Coligny Plaza!

This villa was just as described on VRBO - spacious and comfortable! Being on the 1st floor made it accessible to everything that was offered and it was right next to the outside pool and just a few yards from the inside pool. One thing we learned is that you need to purchase your own toilet paper, paper towels, clothing detergent, etc. There is some offered, but basically only a day/1 load worth.Through no fault of the owner, we DID have to call the manager because several times each day (of the 7 days we were there), there was marijuana smell coming through the vents. He reported it to the HOA but it didn't stop. We figured out which next door neighbor it was coming from but there was nothing else we could do about it. It was strongest at the front door. There was an air filter in the dining/kitchen area which is at the entrance to the villa, so we figure it is constant problem (although the filter did not help). If you can put up with that kind of smell, you should be good. It was quite annoying to us. If it wasn't for the consistent smell, I would say we would make this a villa to use again because it really is the perfect spot in Hilton Head! However, probably won't plan to use it again, unfortunately.

Need tub mats in bath tubs.

They were doing some construction to the building but the property was very conveniently located on the bottom floor feet away from the out door pool. The couch was very comfy and offered a lot of space in the condo for my family of four. The property manager answered promptly and was very helpful. I would definitely work with Steve again and was pleased with my stay

First let's get the bumps out of the way. The building is undergoing stages of renovation. It was not a problem. The unit walks out to what will take you directly to the outdoor pool (when it's finished, it's under construction). The biggest surprise my family faced was discovering that none of the bedroom or bathroom doors lock. They are sliding doors. ALL of them. We quickly worked out the door closed don't enter and it was fine. A surprise, but fine. My husband slept fine on the king mattress. I however, could not breathe. I do have histamine issues so most people will probably be fine. I ended up sleeping on an air mattress we brought along in case this happened. An allergy cover over the mattress would likely be helpful. The unit is spacious and very clean. The location is central but driving was necessary. We had a nice stay and recommend the unit, especially once the construction on the pool is complete.

The stay was amazing. The home was bigger than anything we had ever stayed in for the price. We loved how close it was to the beach and other activities and restaurants. We loved how close it was to the indoor pool. It made it very easy to be able to have fun with the kids. We would definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Hilton head.

We stayed for one week and found that the property met our needs perfectly. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location and it’s proximity to the beach, restaurants, and that it was close enough for us to visit Savannah and Charleston.
