Stayed Mar 28, 2025Although the weather didn’t cooperate, we had a wonderful time… the location was perfect and being on the beach made it especially nice to run down and back up when the weather allowed. The condo was spacious enough for my 4 kids to spread out and the view was unbeatable!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Our condo was clean and very cozy. Great access to the beach. Close to grocery and mall. It was hot as August always is but water was clearest I have ever seen it. Beach service staff was very friendly.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Great location!!! You can have your feet in the sand within 5 minutes from walking out of your door, and we liked that we could see the pool and the beach from the balcony to spot family members (and sharks!) quickly. The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans and utensils, but nothing else. You will need to buy or bring all the basics - salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also, bring your own beach towels. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which came in handy. We rented chairs/umbrella on the beach, but if you aren’t going to be on the beach all day, they do offer half day rentals. You can rent from the little kiosk at the end of the stairs or online. If you are wanting to rent a golf cart for multiple days, just keep in mind that you cannot park a golf cart in the property parking lot, so if you are looking to rent one overnight, you will need another place to park it. We parked at Alvin’s across the street, but we cleared it with the manager first so we didn’t get towed. We went to Pelican Adventures in Destin for snorkeling and that was a blast!!! Destin is only about 15 minutes away, so tons of restaurants and activities are nearby. Overall it was a wonderful location with comfy beds and great views. Highly recommended!!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Fantastic location, plenty of room for a family or small group, comfy living room with a view of the ocean, space to cook and eat in. King mattress was quite firm for us. Little touches like filled ice trays and koozies were appreciated!

Stayed May 10, 2024Very clean, plenty of room for 4 adults. Easy access to pool & beach. We rented beach chaira & umbrella for the week which was worth it to not have to carry that stuff back & forth. Wish the pool lights went off at night for better view off of the balcony but completely understand the safety concern of that. Already planning a return trip
