Stayed May 19, 2025Second time staying here. New Fridge since last stay was a huge plus! Was not as clean as last stay. They must have forgotten the balcony because there was a dirty towel and sand every where on it. The soap dispensers at the sinks were all empty as well. Overall the location can't be beat and we love the area.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024The condo is very nice. The only negative is thr refrigerator needs to be replaced - the freezer racks are rusted and the icemaker doesn’t work (maybe 12 cubes were made each day). The complex itself could use some work. The gates going to the pool and beach are rickety with rust and peeling paint - and the gates do not lock. No need to use the armbands provided.

Stayed May 12, 2024First time staying in a condo with the family. We usually rent a decent size house, but it began to get out of our price point. We found 201A and don't think we will ever look back at a house again. It was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views, super easy access to the beach and a nice size pool. We went in the off-season so there were very few people here. 201a was very clean, to my wife's Delight no sand on the floor upon entering. Very updated condo. Slept four kids two adults. Our 13 year old ended up on the pull-out couch because sharing a bed with her younger sister was getting a little too crowded. But she was very comfortable there. The kitchen was awesome, plenty of room on the countertop to serve everyone. We love Miramar beach, we have spent the last 7 years here and love it

Stayed Apr 28, 2024Property was so clean and well maintained. Truly appreciated the communication regarding maintenance being done on the property grounds. The sleeper sofa was really cool. Love the design and how easy it was to pull out and put up daily. 2nd floor, beach front and the chair setup was great! We had the best time and will definitely stay here again for our next beach music festival get away!! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories w our family and providing such a beautifully appointed place to stay for the week!!
