BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The main bathroom had mold, both showers were smaller. Great water pressure though. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets when i was looking for pans to cook with. Mattresses were very springy. Sheets felt cheap. But the fact that its on the beach made up for all of that, the beach itself was very clean and fun. It was good for the price.

    We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Shores West. Really enjoyed the beach, pool & hot tub. Perfect Thanksgiving vacation for us. We will return to Gulf Shores again.

    This was a great spot. Near food and entertainment. The unit itself could use some love as it is apparent this is solely a vacation rental. For the cost a little love and some updates would go a long way. Overall great place.

    Best front facing balcony with sunrise and sunset views!! Lots of balcony furniture too! The living room seating was really pretty, but not comfortable. Probably could use replacing. I think we noticed because we were there a month, otherwise short stays probably wouldn’t pay attention. Parking easy and fabulous easy beach access!! Overall a great stay!

    We enjoyed being able to ride our bicycles each day we were there; weather was great and trails are very accessible from Crystal Shores. Unit was clean and well equipped with essentials in the kitchen. The only drawback to the dishes was that the dinner plates did not work very well for cleaning in the dishwasher.

    It was a perfect 5 days! Gorgeous weather, beautiful sandy beach, friendly staff, and very clean. Know that 2 adults wouldn't do well on the hide a bed, but I'm sure it's fine for kids.

    Although older, the location was wonderful. The condo itself needs a bit of refurbishment, but nothing that would be off-putting - it is a rental after all. The only real issues were with the elevators. With everyone checking in at the same time, it was crazy trying to get up to the room. Also, this is the first beachfront condo that I have been in that did not even have salt and pepper. Thankfully, I usually travel with my own herbs and spices.

    I will preface this by saying that we stayed at another condo in this same complex last April and it was lovely. That being said, this condo had carpet in the bedrooms, which was an oversight on my part. But, the carpet was filthy and it actually felt crusty and matted to walk on. On top of that, outside of the normal services a cleaning service would clean upon leaving (bathrooms & kitchen) it was super dusty. One of the beds in the spare room barely had the headboard attached and when I went to attempt to open the “blinds” in the room it about fell off because it was being held up by a single hook and therefore not able to be raised. We won’t being staying at Crystal shores west peak season, again. The elevator only worked 1/2 the time. Some ppl waited 20-30 minutes to get down with their stuff. They attempted a repair while we were there, but it was still extremely slow. For what it cost the rent this two bedroom condo, I expected the same level of condo from the previous year, which was not the case.
