Beach Front ~ Wraparound Balcony

Perfect location along the Emerald Coast! Views were terrific from the wrap around balcony. Every amenity was spot on. Will definitely consider visiting again. Lots to do, with countless dining options!

Perfect view of the ocean, a close and easy walk to the beach, and near by great food. The condo was fully stocked with supplies and beach necessities. We could not have asked for anything else. MVH does an excellent job with communication as well.

The sleeping arrangements could have been more to our liking but the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on and the bunk beds where not very safe feeling with 2 grown adults on the top bunk. We would have been more comfortable if the bunk beds would have been separated and have two full size beds in one room. We will definitely not make that mistake again.

Perfect location. Wished we had information to rent beach chairs prior to check in since they were booked out the entire trip

On our way to the property the app was giving two different addresses. I texted host and did not hear from thwm at all. Looked Very nice. It looked clean and very comfortable. Until we needed plates and discovered we had a mixture of clean and dirty plates and cups. Decided to go to go to Walmart and buy disposable plates cups forks and spoons. On the first morning we saw that.one of the covers on the bunk beds has a dark spot on it. On this same day I had a question about Umbrella service at the Beach again texted host and did not get a reply On the 2nd day while at the pool my 4 yr old grand son sliced his foot on a broken tile at the pool. Our dryer didn’t work, so maintenance had to come to the room three times, but was unable to fix. We finally decided to wait until we left to send them back so we weren’t disturbed again. I found a laundromat to dry our clothes. Staff is always great & very friendly. The pool area desperately needs more umbrellas. There’s only 6-8 and people are always looking for an open umbrella to sit by.

Easy to walk straight out to the private beach and quick driving distance to grocery stores, outlet malls, and restaurants. From the 8th-floor balcony, we were able to easily watch the Miramar beach-site fireworks display put on by the hotel a few buildings to the East of us. Many guests also went down to the beach where chairs were set up to watch. The unit was really clean and well-organized. There were a few boogie boards in the laundry closet, also 2 beach chairs, some sand pails & shovel. One thing worth mentioning is that there are no beach towels here, but they were very inexpensive at the local Walmart, so it was no issue. There were also no left-behind cooking supplies from past guests like salt/pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, etc., as was the case at other rentals. You will need to supply all of that if needed. The property management was very courteous and responsive. We would consider this unit for a return trip.

It was steps away from the beach and close to the Baytowne Wharf and the tram made it even easier to get around.

The condo was in excellent condition and the property management company reached out several times to insure our stay was enjoyable. This is our 3rd year at this condo and planning to book again for next year!!
