We loved staying here & would love to come back! So much to do right inside of the resort, like karaoke at night in the skywalk! So fun! Met a lot of regulars who return there every year! The room was really clean and spacious, the location right by the elevators is really convenient. It would’ve been 5 stars, but there were cables in front of our balcony view for our whole stay, they were repainting… But we knew that before we went. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything was just as described in the listing. The property was very clean and well kept. We had one minor issue, but it was resolved very promptley and to our complete satisfaction. We will definetly be back.

We had a great time during our stay at Emerald Beach. It was me and 2 of my girlfriends for a girls trip. Loved the location as we were able to walk to several places for dinner and entertainment. The property manager was easy to communicate with and had a quick response time with any questions or concerns we had.

This unit was exactly as advertised! We were we there 6 days and had a blast! Clean condo, safe parking, easy access to restaurants and shops! My family and I will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay! So clean and comfortable. The pool and tiki bar were so fun. It was a little confusing finding the pools and especially our way from the parking garage to our room but once we figured it out, everything was great!

perfect beach view, beach service was very appreciated. slept a little hot so we brought some fans but everything was perfect. will def be booking again

We loved our stay and had absolutely no issues. The area is safe and family friendly. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful views of the coast. We enjoyed the pool and the beach, beach chairs and umbrella being included is amazing especially when you have kids who want to be at the beach all day.

Awesome property! Elevators are fast with no real wait time. The condo is nice and the view is great! They had live music almost nightly. Great location. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

We stayed at this condo for the month of February / 25. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. Emerald Beach condos are in a good location for everything, except proximity to golf courses. There are two golf courses nearby. One is in perpetually poor condition & over crowded, the other is way overpriced for an average course. If golfing is something that you would like to do on your vacation, this is not the area to stay in.As for the condo, it is sort of as depicted in the photos. Nice views & sunsets from the balcony. Cleanliness was good & we found the beds comfortable. But the condo is in need of some TLC. Rugs in the bedrooms are frayed (especially at the bedroom entrances & should be replaced), all the faucets are loose & dated. As reported in previous reviews, the patio door needs some work (only one side was functional & the patio door screens were stuck so we didn't try to move them. The hide-a-bed couch is not comfortable to sit on. I guess most of the cheaper ones aren't. The dehumidifier is very loud (think it may need to be replaced). The screws on the door hinges to access the furnace room were loose making the door awkward to open & close. Guests need to access the furnace room to get to the laundry room.The refrigerator broke down & needed to be replaced during our stay. We were given a small fridge immediately as a replacement. A week later they replaced the broken fridge with a new full sized fridge.

I’ve stayed at this resort a lot as I have time share points here. I have done Vrbo twice now. The room was as expected but there were a few issues. Some dishes were put away with food on them. The ice maker dispenser was clogged and even though I was able to get a quick reply from management about getting work order submitted, no one ever showed up. They told me today after I texted on my way out of town that they were “backed up.” The beds are horribly firm and uncomfortable. I ended up dragging the sofa mattress in to put on top of the bed. Much better that way. The screen doors to the balcony didn’t work, either. Place was very clean and otherwise very comfy. Easy to get to the unit, very nice LARGE balcony as this is an end unit. Having beach chairs included was a nice perk.

The weather was great! Staff was super friendly. Elevators were extremely fast!!

Check in was excellent didnt take long at all. We didn’t have to stop back in to check out. I really liked that part. Elevators were very fast and quick we were on the 20th floor. Kids really liked the ice cream shop and Starbucks in the building. The room was very clean and nice. The shower head in master bathroom was messed up and they came right then and fixed it. We really enjoyed our stay and would deifinately be back!!

Spent every morning at the beach—beach service was a fantastic bonus! There was some confusion by several guests on the parking code but once that was figured out it was fine. Central location and right on the beach.
