Iconic views, unless the weather is bad, you will not be disappointed.

The property was very clean and in a very convenient location and was just as described in the listing. They layout of the property was a little awkward but not really a big issue. I was overall very pleased. The only issue I had and it may not be an issue for others, was that the mattress in the main bedroom was way too firm. A new mattress or at least a mattress topper would help. Would give 5 overall stars if not for that.

Exactly as advertised. I know I had neighbors but couldn't hear them... surprisingly quiet except for the sound of the surf.

My sister and I drove down from GA & NC for a 3-day get away together and it was everything we hoped for! The condo had an absolutely beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the ground floor patio and the master bedroom patio! There was seating on both. The condo was spacious and very clean. Devin was very helpful ahead of our trip and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Our favorite restaurant Peg Leg Pete’s was in walking distance and it did not disappoint! I will definitely return to this condo hopefully in the very near future and would certainly recommend it for others! Mary Ann

Beachfront with great views, large rooms and bathrooms. Well equipped.Great location.

The view is the ocean and sandy beach. It was fabulous w upper/lower decks. PBP was fantastic to book with. My complaint, no elevator, my husband is in hf and I wouldn’t have rented if I had known that . It’s outdated & in need of a good cleaning but I’m a very picky person I was still fine with it and the views were worth any problems or concerns. The beach is literally your backyard. Again the PBP agency were wonderful to work with This place is def worth the money! We will go back but will pack a wee bit lighter!

The views were great and location perfect. Everything was in working order and very nice. Carpet needed cleaned or replaced, but not unexpected for beach front. Living room furniture not very comfortable. Would rent again.

Comfortable 2-story condo with spectacular views; well stocked with whatever you may need. When waking up, the view from the master bedroom is beautiful! Clean beach, very quiet area yet close to activity. Fort Pickens has wonderful hiking options. Several good restaurants, we enjoyed Pegleg Pete’s and Crabs in particular. Excellent communication from the property management company. The only thing I would mention is that there are no elevators or cargo lifts. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved our stay here. We relaxed on both balconies overlooking the beach and enjoyed watching and listening to the waves. We walked up and down the beach numerous times. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The condo itself was very clean, well-furnished, and very spacious. Highly recommend!

This unit is wonderful, the size, the placement on the beach, and the large windows all help you enjoy the beauty of being ocean front. We had a rocky start with some very undesirable issues. However, the management company really stepped up and made the issues right and I appreciate the effort they put into that. We would stay again.

Pros: location, clean, view, no crowd Cons: washing machine was broke, very uncomfortable mattresses, cheap microwave. This was known before arriving but if you don't like stairs, this isn't your place. Pack very lightly as you have two flights of stairs ego up then one more when inside. Very nice accommodations and location. I’ll return! The check -in is at 4 and the manager gave us temp parking passes to let us park outside the garage until our condo was ready so that we could go to the beach. Very kind.

The property was lovely and homey. Perfect for just the two of us, but would have also been great for two couples or a small family. There were a few small things that were in need of replacement, and the bath towels were very small and rough, which is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars overall. The view of the gulf was just stunning, and that end of the beach is nice and quiet. Highly recommend. But definitely plan to bring your own beach towels and chairs.

Condo was as advertised. Clean, great view, easy access to beach and best of all, the beach was not crowded.

We were very impressed with the condo. Clean, comfortable and great location. Absolutely loved having covered parking. Our only complaint was the beds were not comfortable but the couch was extremely comfortable.

Loved our stay. Even though double red flags for most of our stay, gave the chance to explore. Ft. Pickens right down the road was great. Peg leg petes walk for the condo. We will be back again!

Very nice property,had a blast.

Great condo. Very comfortable lots of space for my daughter and I for a girls weekend. Felt safe. Garage was nice however very difficult to park in. Nothing an owner can do there. Just know you’ve got to probably back in to make it easier, but I would pick this one again!
